Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as some convenient amenities like free coffee and a good location. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and towels. Noise was also a problem for some, due to poor soundproofing and loud corridors. The pool was popular but often crowded, especially with children. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some finding it enjoyable and others considering it overpriced or lacking in variety. Overall, while the hotel offers some positives, improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.
