Pros (+) Very nice staff
Cons (-) Needs a lot of updating, entire hotel smelled of cigarettes' smoke and I requested a non-smoking room
Pros (+) Room was clean that is the only positive.
Cons (-) I was double charged, I got in touch with the staff and they didn’t seem empathetic at all. They seemed to be uninterested in helping. I am still waiting for my other charge to be dropped
