Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, the quality of the breakfast, and the hotel's central location as major positives. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms very clean while others report issues, especially in areas under renovation. The ongoing renovations and related noise are a common source of discomfort, and some facilities like elevators and room service receive criticism. Despite these drawbacks, many guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price, and several mention returning due to positive experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews
