Pros (+) Quiet place. Perhaps it was the season but most of the occupants seem to be travellers looking for one overnight. Medium priced to Low priced room, compared with other motels/hotels nearby. A comfortable king bed. A modest but functional bathroom, that didn't seem claustrophobic. A Denny's just down the street, plus all manner of fast food nearby. (Although the Regency offers a free breakfast, we ...
Cons (-) A few items in the room needed maintenance, and I mentioned them to the manager upon departure and he seemed appreciative and promised to take care of them.

Cons (-) There were weeds out front. The cable plug/faceplate hung out of the wall because the scotch tape didn't hold it to the wall. The bathroom door had a botched repair job.
