Pros: Location and hotel decor lovely , reception staff polite , bed very comfy
Cons: Coffee machine broken , breakfast was sent back as cold , limited food menu anyway then no fish and chips available all weekend so ended up going out to eat ... fire alarm went off on two occasions staff member knocked and came straight in room to check because didn’t seem to be fire , do understand safety comes first but do expect a knock then we’re coming in before entering as first time I was undressed 2nd we were asleep and it panicked us , staff member did apologise we were offered complimentary drink as birthday but no staff were present at bar in evening when wanted one as had can coming couldn’t chase around finding someone so we never got any compensation
10.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: I got a slightly larger room this time. Same high standard as before. Nice relaxing reception and restaurant. Good food. Happy to stay again. Will be back soon.
Cons: Rooms are slightly worn in places. You have to look for the slight peeling plaster. Nothing of any significance. Overall a very nice stay once again.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice mirror
Cons: Awful noise in the corridor which could be heard in the room. They changed my room, and I ended up at the furthest end of the corridor on the ground floor, actually feeling quite isolated. Bins emptied outside my window at 6am. Breakfast took an age to order and even longer to cook, meaning that I was late. Overall, really disappointing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent, food was very good and all was clean and efficient
Cons: Only one thing really the room was very cold and felt like it needed to be aired. There was a terrible draft coming under the patio door. They brought me a radiator quickly but it took a couple of hours to heat up. Also dividing room door carried a lot of noise from the guest next door - work needs to be done to improve sound proofing.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Maybe some more towels

Cons: It would be better if the rooms were provided with a kettle.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The triple room arrangement with the bunk bed was really nice
Cons: My bed came without sheets and the bedding itself was quite dirty. The shower was also too small to move in and the door was see through - we had to go to other rooms to shower
7.0 Good
Pros: Compact, smartly designed rooms . Good air conditioning.
Cons: The heat outside meant that the air con dripped water into the room all through the night and I couldn't get myself to fall asleep . It settled on nights 2 and 3 however.

Cons: Nothing not to like, amenities where perfect and location 2 minutes from the airport
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights
Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to T5
Cons: Zero room service despite four attempted calls. Had to go to the airport M and S for food. Coffee and tea in the room - very basic 1980s style.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So good close to the terminal and so quite , just what we needed.
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: location was perfect...most staff were polite and professional...
Cons: expected room not to have any offending oder....cleanliness was subpar....room was below ground which made the experience even less pleasant...just and average stay....certainly below 5 star.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room, the bed and the bathroom were all comfortable and to expectations.
Cons: We had flown in from Hong Kong and were transiting overnight at Heathrow with an 8.20am departure the next morning. After check in at approximately 7.15pm, we stopped by the restaurant to make a dinner reservation for 7.45pm. Even though we could see that the restaurant has many empty tables, we were curtly advised by the restaurant staff that the earliest we could book would be 8.30pm. Given we were traveling with young children and we were all tired after our flights, we elected to go for room service. We ordered room service of 2 burgers, 1 kids fish and chips and 1 kids chicken and chips at 7.45pm. We were advised to allow 40 minutes (for a meal that would take 10 minutes to prepare). After waiting 45 minutes, we called to enquire of the status of our meal. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. They hastily cooked our meal and it arrived at 8.50pm. The children were mostly asleep by this stage and we were no longer interested either. The Pinot Noir was undrinkable. Staff were apologetic. We were not charged for our dinner. The whole experience gave the impression that the hotel trades on its location as the only hotel located at terminal 5.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Style, comfort, and ease of access to terminal.
Cons: Everything outstanding!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to t5
Cons: You can no longer check in at hotel ba desk
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The kindness and courteous of the whole stuff. This was the real luxury. Also the rooms and breakfast was on a high level. Needing a hotel next to Terminal 5 perfect situation. For the City Centre London 1h by tube. All in all a good choice for a weekend trip.
Cons: Nothing to complain. Everything like expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to T5, and travelled the day before my early flight so woke up rested before a long haul trip.
Cons: Thought the prices for food were high, so wandered over to T5 for a meal.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.

7.1 Good
Pros: The rooms were very quiet. You could take free public transport to this hotel and walk about half a block.
Cons: Softer towels, soap not liquid soap, decaff. coffee. Good value doe money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, pleasant facilities, not far from Heathrow airport, bar with food open late, electric adapters for UK available for purchase.
Cons: Despite proximity to airport, Heathrow’s Hoppa bus system is hopelessly inconvenient, opaque, and undependable, and Info provided by the hotel, even upon inquiry, is inadequate to help with this (take a cab!) Employees at bar are inattentive to customers. Check-in setup is odd since the reception desk doesn’t look like one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As ever a great place to stay the staff are lovely the rooms spotless Sebastian who checked us in was great took no more then one minute, his colleague was busy so called Sebastian out from the book he come straight away asked if we have stayed before which we have and we was done a great hotel with fantastic staff

Cons: the TV kept losing signal.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very nice staff. Nice bathtub.
Cons: Nearest bus stop was quite a walk with luggage. Otherwise one could pay for a shuttle bus but it was only every 40 minutes. Not exactly convenient for getting to the airport in a hurry.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bar staff were really nice and the lobby was up to par.
Cons: The reception staff were rude and impatient. Coming from the US for the first time after letting them know that you would think they would be helpful and patient however they were more rude and the total opposite. Took forever with towels, help, etc.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a great stay. Was only there for a night, staying before flying out at Heathrow the next day. Having a bus take you directly to the hotel from the airport was wonderful. The rooms were clean and personally I believe plenty of space. Breakfast tasted great! Staff was very polite and very helpful. No faults found here!!

Pros: Very friendly staff, warm welcome. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay before heading to T5
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel staff tried to harass my family, one adult traveling with two teenage daughters and two children. They told the booking cannot be used for the party. Even though property booking rules allowed for two adults and two children with each adult.
6.0 Good
Pros: Shuttle to Airport was nice, would have been nice to know that it was available FROM the airport, instead of paying high cab fees. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff was uninformative when asking about food available on room service. Website/in room menu provides incorrect information for room service.

Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.

Pros: This hotel is beautiful ! We ate in the Stake and Lobster restaurant, the food was brilliant!! our stakes were cooked to perfection and im very fussy how I like my stake! I did see the lobster come out and it looked lovely will definitely try the lobster next time. Its endless fry's/chips and salad so if your not full you may order more for free! Nice touch if your not full. The beds are sooooo comfy!! you also get a virtual helper Edward so if you need anything or need to book a table you can just text him and its sorted! We loved our night in this hotel it made our 17th wedding anniversary very special id definatley recommend this hotel. Just one thing they do charge a service charge in the restaurant which is the only thing that we would like to do our self and not it being taken for granted that we would leave a tip. other than that loved our stay.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the service charge in the restaurant, we Do like to tip but to OUR discretion

Pros: The style and decor of the hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has wonderful menu, delicious food. If I stay in London again, I likely to stay at the Blu Edwardian.
Cons: Our stay was just for the night, and there was a great deal of jet lag involved. The hotel has less available restaurants at latter hours unlike other airport hotels in other major cities.

Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.

7.0 Good
Pros: Food is too expensive. They don't call a taxi, they have their own guy who charges a flat fee of 17gbp. We paid only 14gbp on our arrival by a black taxi.
Cons: Dont use your own guy for a taxi
6.0 Good
Pros: Location and pretty quiet except for the air con.
Cons: The shower room was cold. Could do with a towel rail. Also to our shock the toilet was used and not cleaned - someone used it and not cleaned it after use yuk!

Cons: Breakfast buffet only and fairly expensive for the three optional breakfasts. Elevators very busy at checkout (10:00 am). On first floor and first 3 elevators full. Walked down to lobby twice with bags before my wife found an elevator with room for her to come down with last bag

Pros: This was a very nice hotel with great rooms. The food we got was also good. Great location too. By far the best mattress/pillows I have had in a hotel. Parking is extra (£12) but reasonable and secure.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and the comfortable beds.
Cons: The shower door doesn't extend the full length of the tub. Also the lights turned off an hour before checkout making it difficult to finish our packing. The view was of a carpark, but then it's the airport so not really a surprise.

Pros: it was a place to lie down for a while but not very comfortable. it was cold and windy that day, no heat in the building and the bathroom was very cold to shower in. at least there was plenty of hot water. i would not go back.
Cons: better bed. it was a very old bad mattress and heat like we were promised.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfortable and staff were very friendly. Facilities were clean and appropriate along with being very good value for money. Will definitely be back.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Very close to the terminal, a cheap and more comfortable alternative to sleeping on the terminal's floor.
Cons: Noise of planes over our head till late, very thin walls so we could hear other hosts talking, shouting, crying, walking, etc. all night.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It's not a walking distance from the airport, you have to take a shuttle that doesn't run after midnight. You can't go to central London from the hotel, you have to go back to the Airport to take the underground subway and you must verify the hours of the last shuttle & subway
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It's a run down dump.
Cons: This is a rundown dump, with as many rooms squeezed in as possible. I never booked this for myself and the people in our foreign office who did, would not have had they seen it, or been in it. Never again and I have stayed in some awful places during 30 years of international travel. This place has been put on our blacklist, never to be used!

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Location from underground.

7.7 Good
Pros: Nothing special a dry hotel in spite of long standing prior booking for a couple the following draw back we found: 1.No bathroom slippers. 2.Safe allocated for guest use in the room is not prgramable. 2.No traditional card available as in any hotel be hanged on the exteriors of the room door requesting make up the room the only available cards are breakfast menu and don't disturb. 3.soap shampoo, shower gel and coditioner only for one person. 4.No stationery at all no paper or or pencils are available as in traditon . 5.lobby has no even a set of chairs as it used to be when we stayed in the same hotel same time. 6.inspite we have honours membership and we are restaying in the same hotel in less than a year they reluctant to grant us access to the lounge in spite of our prepaid booking. 7.no one botherd to come to clean up the room till we cheked out. CONCLUSION. These types of hotels or similar in the situation I mentioned either they are running in loss or not botherd as long prepaid booking done and especially if done through an agent. Nothing I can say about anything I can remember rather not having the zeal to come back unless things memtioned are sorted out
Cons: Nothing I liked in this hotel especially this time.

6.3 Good
Pros: Location and hotel decor lovely , reception staff polite , bed very comfy

Pros: The location is good as your within a mile of a train station that takes you into central london for less than 10 pounds. Food is also good and reasonable priced.
Cons: No aircon in room so when its hot u sweat. Also my room overlooked a car park which is used by next door swimming centre so it got noisy quite early. Also showers floor was quite slippery which made taking a shower a ballet act at times.
