Pros (+) I liked that it was close to everything, quiet, and in a decent neighborhood. The rooms were a little older but very well maintained and clean.
Cons (-) Would have been nice if the rooms were newer, and a few more amenities.

Cons (-) rooms smelled, nothing worked in first room. Second room was in working order. House keeping entered my room even though I asked not to. Besides that it was fine
