Pros (+) I had some issues with my room as soon as I checked in. I let the staff know and they were very helpful and accommodating.
Cons (-) Cigarette burns in all the linens. Crusty comforter. The whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke, even the non-smoking rooms. Most rooms do not lock from the inside. The mini fridge smelled putrid. Hair in the bathtub.
