Very clean updated rooms. Beds and pillows were very soft which was difficult since both my husband and I prefer a harder bed. Quiet location but close enough to and easy walk to downtown Cambria.

Pros (+) The Motel is a little older (which means the rooms are larger than newer rooms) and very nicely remodeled. I see from reading previous suggestions they take them to heart, as our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The Pastries on the weekend are incredible. Shops and restaurants are literally a 5 minute walk from the Motel.
Cons (-) Coffee was OK, but didn't match the Pastries at all. A small refrigerator would have been nice. Especially, for longer stays.

Pros (+) Nothing.... will never consider staying here again. We reaerved a room with 2 queen size beds and a balcony and they gave us a room with 1 pull out bed. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that even my 4yr old was complaining about his back hurting. I would like for the owner and or manager to try and slee on the sofa bed and beds....

Pros (+) I liked the location of the inn. Though I would have liked to be closer to the beach, it was surrounded by cute cafes and shops.
Cons (-) I did not like the fact that they asked for credit card information online and charged us at the hotel still with a one hundred dollar deposit on top of it all.
