Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several guests noting positive experiences with upgrades and assistance. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, with some rooms and bathrooms reported as dirty or poorly maintained. Room size is another common concern, with several guests finding the rooms uncomfortably small. Noise from outside or poor sound insulation also affects the quality of sleep for some visitors. Overall, while the location and service stand out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness, room size, and noise insulation are needed.
