Pros (+) The suite was super clean, and the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The bathroom was huge and nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
Cons (-) The couch in the living room could have been more comfortable, but that is a minor issue.

Pros (+) The proximity to the beach as well as to San Clemente and Dana Point. The facility also provides free beach cruiser and boogie board rentals as well! Nice spacious room also.
Cons (-) The only thing we didn't like was the check-in process. With one person in front of us it took almost 15 minutes to get checked in. Additionally, the young Hispanic female who checked us in was very cold and unfriendly; she demonstrated zero urgency to help us and appeared to be inconvenicend by having to check us and others in... She never once said 'Welcome' or even gave a single courtesy smile ...
