Pros (+) The staff were amazing. The breakfast is not bad, it could consist of other things as well. The gym is small, yet adequate. The pool is very professional. The rooms are clean, and they have almost everything: water boiler for tea or coffee, a tv, a couch.
Cons (-) The location is more preferable for people who have a car, the closest bus stop is 1.5+ km away. Everything else is good :)
