Cons: Customer service at airport was horrible. Cecilia could not find my booking. When I asked if there was wifi so that I could look it up, she didn't know and said to ask at airport information. Yes, free everywhere including the Europecar desk. She found my booking which was not at the terminal but a 10 minute walk. When I asked her for directions, she said to ask at airport information who directed me there. She was very unhelpful. The staff at the off site office were fine tho' they couldn't find my insurance booking which I had made through Kayak and they didn't have wifi for me to look it up. The car, a Fiat 500 was very uncomfortable and all computer operated so I was very nervous about possible malfuntions. No accessible back up switches for turning on headlights etc. The auto correct was particularly irritating. I have used Europecar in the past but based on this recent experience will be switching. The walk to the pickup/dropoff office while not very far included having to either walk in the middle of the road or take a muddy path (it was raining). Do not try this if you have luggage.
