Pick up was easy. Free upgrade. The car was not explained to us and the manual was in Dutch so we couldn’t get answers on dashboard alarm. Tried calling Hertz and no one picked up. Drop off… no one there, just key drop. Went inside and was told attendant was on break “ just drop keys off”
