Car was filthy on the inside and damaged across the entire bodywork but only 15% was mentioned on the rental agreement upon pick up. I had to make a video upon pickup and confront the budget desk with the difference between registered damages and actual damages. They had me add all the damages in writing to the rental agreement which I did and they signed them off
