Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the restaurant, gardens, and some aspects of comfort, but there were recurring complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, maintenance issues, and some concerns about location and security. While some staff were praised for their helpfulness, experiences with service were mixed. The bathroom facilities, in particular, received frequent negative feedback for being uncomfortable, poorly maintained, or not clean enough. The restaurant and garden areas were highlights for many guests.
