Cons (-) The grounds were filthy and the area was very sketchy. The place needs a lot of repairs and a definite facelift. They had broken/extra items (like a landline phone) laying around the room, heavy stains on the carpet, the soap/shampoo/lotion dispensers were broken and or empty (had to use my own), the water pressure in the shower was weak and I had to fix the shower knob myself just to get the wate...
