Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near venues and attractions, as well as the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained bedding, and leftover trash. Several guests also reported uncomfortable beds and problems with amenities like non-working TVs, lack of microwaves or refrigerators, and elevator outages. While some found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the value, noise disturbances and safety concerns were also mentioned. Overall, the positive aspects centered on location and staff, but cleanliness and amenities need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
