Phenomenal Customer Service
Staff was phenomenal. They even called me in the morning after checkout to tell me that I left a phone charger in the room. Cute little Inn with great personality.

Small but beautifully decorated room.
Good location within walking distance of nice restaurants. Friendly staff at check in and check out.
Room was very small by stairs to upper floor; stairs cut into the room making it even smaller. No individual light over the sink; had to use the room overhead lights to see at sink. Bath and room had been updated so very clean and nicely decorated. Interior courtyard had nice furniture to relax on; best place to get good wifi connection not possible in our room. Overall fairly quiet despite the room air conditioners running. Nice amenities in the guest coffee room: free Starbucks machine coffee plus fruit and ice machine.

Great Staff, Well Appointed
We've stayed in many many hotels all over the world and this was one of our favorite stays! From the personalized service from Tracy, to the excellently maintained rooms and courtyard, we can't fault this great little hotel. Rooms are small for a typical hotel but are more than compensated for due to a great layout, and all the amenities you could need. This was the first hotel EVER that we have stayed in that had two luggage racks in the room. I cannot find fault with the Iron Horse Inn and will stay here again on our next visit to the Cottonwood/Sedona area.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great Inn
Newly remodeled, but kept the quaint "old town" appeal. Loved the location and the shared courtyard. The coffee was the best we had on our whole trip!
We loved the small cozy room but some might prefer more space.

Well, if you decide that you’d like to visit the city of Cottonwood, you will find that there is so much more to Arizona than just the famous landmarks. When you do visit Cottonwood, the smart money is on staying at the Iron Horse Inn.
The Iron Horse Inn is a beautifully decorated hotel that evokes some of the old west history of Arizona in a modern, comfortable setting. There are several things to enjoy about it, one of them is its location, making it accessible to the vineyards along with the different places to hike. There are plenty of amenities in the hotel as well. The business center offers support for folks who need to get work done.
When it comes to dining, there are plenty of excellent places to eat in and around Cottonwood. The city is a tourist destination, so in turn there are a bunch of restaurants around that will please even the most fickle of palettes. While the hotel does not have an in-house dining option, there are plenty of places within a short, five-minute drive from the hotel. The concierge will have all the recommendations you need depending on your preference of a meal.
Staying at the Iron Horse Inn is a great way to enjoy the Arizona not as many people see.
