Pros (+) The location was close to Dachau Concentration Camp, if you plan to visit
Cons (-) Cleaner. There were stains all over the carpet, I didn't want to take my shoes off it was so gross. No basic amenities were offered like hot coffee or tea - which is pretty normal everywhere else.
