Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, often mentioning proximity to attractions, schools, and downtown areas. Many reviewers appreciated the staff's helpfulness and friendliness, as well as smooth check-in experiences. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness issues in rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Breakfast was a common source of disappointment, with guests citing poor quality, lack of included options, and misleading charges.
