Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location and the friendliness of the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reports of dated and poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms. Many guests found the air conditioning insufficient or non-functional, and some felt the value for price was poor. Despite the negatives, the convenient location and helpful service were consistently highlighted as positives.
