Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's pools, breakfast variety, and spacious rooms. Many found the location convenient and the amenities enjoyable, especially for families. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reports of insects and insufficient housekeeping. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and attentive, while others were seen as unhelpful or poorly trained. Overall, positive experiences centered on the facilities, food, and comfort, but improvements in cleanliness and staff consistency are needed.
