PROS: the bed was comfortable but it seemed to have a plastic cover on the mattress. the room was spacious but no kettle etc. Reception and bar staff were very good and friendly and efficientCONS: food mostly poor, meat overcooked.and cold, no warm plates. out of 10 pools they should have one quiet/adult only pool .Need more parasols. The one plug socket I could use was loose in the wall. Not good value for money. Complex far from anywhere.

PROS: Amazing hotel... Good staff, excellent facilities, service and food. Overall, a wonderful stay. The grounds are also beautiful, with access to a wonderful beach.CONS: I wish the hotel was further to the east near Tavira/Vila Real. I know this is not the hotel's fault, but Albufeira was a bit of a hell hole over-run with the worst kind of package holidaymakers. With that said, you have everything you need at the hotel, so it should not be an issue.
