The floor under the AC was sunken in. The microwave would beep for no reason due to a faulty connection to the electrical outlet. The bathtub finishing was peeling up. The property is rundown and not maintained. The hallways needed to be swept, which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the room. The room smelled like mold in urine. The bathroom caulking was blackened, and the showerhead was reattached to the wall so that it’s sprayed straight to the back of the shower rather than down on the person taking the shower. Pros (+) The room was nice and clean
Cons (-) The shuttle only runs from 6am to 11pm. Needed to use Uber for my ride to the airport for my 5:45 am flight. I selected this hotel for its free airport shuttle and was disappointed in the extra expense of Uber

Pros (+) Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rich in particular was very helpful to us and others I saw him interacting with.
Cons (-) Shuttle did not start until 6 am. We had a 7 am flight which required a rental car.

Pros (+) Can'n say enough about two employees at the Baymont Inn & Suites. On multiple days Ed gave us helpful information on how to avoid traffic and see a must see of the Edison and Ford Museum which we would of skipped and was not on our trip plan.
