A representative never showed up at the airport to meet me, they never tried to contact me to say there was an issue, and the phone number given never worked. I called 24 times throughout the day. I ended up renting from Europcar at the counter for three times the price. I think it's a SCAM. I was in Vienna.

I couldn’t find the location and no shuttle to the location of the car. The website description makes it seem as though it’s the airport area. It is not. Tried to call the facility but no answer. Ended up getting a rental from hertz which provides transportation to car rental area. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDER.

We had to call from the airport twice to get a pickup to the rental location which was 10 minute ride . Once there we found out that they did not recognize our insurance and I had to pay $260 for insurance . This now made my rental car more expensive than what was at the airports . Drop off went smooth , but we were dropped off at the rental location other than airport drop off for the airport .

Very bad. We paid by card $14 for two days, but when we went to get the car they ask us to pay 7 times this price plus $150 as a deposit. Why not to tell us the truth from the beginning, so we know the exact price. I am asking for paying me back the $14.

This was a scam. Deceptive marketing with hidden fees and predatory practices on the consumer. I canceled reservation onsite , didn’t take the car and will never use them or affiliate rental companies. I will never recommend them.

Online your able to pay with an American Express Card. When you get there after a long flight and a a long drive from Mimai Airport to get there....they tell you we do not accept American Express cards. Mr and two other customers went through the same thing...there was a lot of upset people in the same boat...yelling, arguing. I will never use them again! Stop accepting American Express online for carwiz!

Everything except that they asked me for an International driving permit when i was getting the car. It was not specified when I booked the car. They got me to buy 50$/day insurance because I don't have international driving permit.

The address listed in the confirmation was not the address for the pickup point at the Rzeszow airport. The signage at the drop off point was very poor. I walked around for 20 minutes looking for a place to drop the keys

I had received a car with a faulty engine. The car was brand new but somehow the engine would shut off while I was driving and then turn on 5 seconds later. This was not just a fuel efficiency feature but rather something wrong with the engine. Other than that the car was fine to drive but would recommend get a slight used car as there could be problems with new ones.

Drop off was a nightmare. But this may have been the airports fault, not sixt. We spent over half an hour looking for where to park the car. There were no signs of where to enter the drop off area until you were already there. We were also not given any information on key return. Drop off was at Gdansk Lech Walesa airport.

The employee was extremely pushy initially to upsell me various extra packages. He even tried to make me sign something with rates with did not agree on. After my 2 day rental I returned the car and a few day after I received a charge on my credit card of more than EUR 250, they were claiming that there was damage to the car, while I am 100% sure that nothing happened to the car in my possession. Staff was not professional and did not do an inspection before or after the rental with me and did not let me sign on any check sheet, as is normally the protocol. I heard of other similar cases. I am taking actions against them

I had a good experience with Routes this time. It took 10 minutes to be picked up at the rental center even though it was 1 in the morning. The car was great and when I brought the car back they dropped me at the terminal.

I cancelled the trip . It was the worst experience ever . The car Rental location was in unsigned area of the Town in kind of warehouse with dirty wedding gowns and stack of empty plastic bottles. The website I place the order did nit have option for automatic car. I cancelled with option free cancel elation on website , next prompted screen indicate that cancellation cost over 56 USD.Your company in Poland is terrible like the worst example of kind of Russian mafia companies

Samir provided an excellent customer service and made my experience pleasant and smooth. He deserves all praise and commendations. I think it’s time for Addcar to invest in a kiosk inside the terminal and provide this amazing experience to the other passenger that only pick up from rentals within the terminal.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. The person I dealt with when picking up was so rude and unprofessional. I was shocked at the additional expenses and how I felt forced into an insurance that seemed like a scam. There were multiple additional expenses that were not explained to me and the woman seemed to think I was foolish for asking for an explanation. I was so nervous about returning the vehicle that I cut my vacation short by an extra day just to get the vehicle back early in case they were difficult again to deal with. So I had to pay $150 for a hotel just to get the vehicle returned early. When I did go to the dropoff, there was another person having the exact same difficult time with staff. It was so wildly upsetting to watch this man struggling with this horrid customer service as well. I will never use this service again and I will attempt to warn others about this experience.

Staff were kind though they didn’t seem to have an information needed to answer questions related to insurance and cost. No shuttle service was available from the airport and no one was Available to answer the phone, other travelers helped us figure out how to get to the pick up location 3km from the airport. The $2000 hold/charge to our bank account was a huge surprise and it took over 2 hours to get the car at pick up due to them being understaffed and having a lot of confused costumers.

The initial car had very worn tires, so they gave us a free upgrade. The pickup of car was a little slow (waited 20 min for them to get to airport and had to deal with car change), but I've had worse with larger on-airport car rentals. Make sure that you have the number to call when getting to the airport so they know you've arrived.

AddCar left us stranded at the airport. We waited for 2 hours until we had to walk out of the airport to search for a car with my 92-year old grandmother. The unresponsive agency ruined our brief visit to Iceland.
