This was an easy rental, car was excellent on mileage. Drove all week on 1 tank and only needed 5 gallons to fill. Staff was great.

We booked a compact and they gave us an economy without compensation. A blonde female employee remarked our luggage was not going to fit in the economy car and tried to upsell us to a van. Of course, it would have fit in the card we reserved months ahead of he trip. They didn’t have luggage carts at drop off and the blonde female employee didn’t help, just said it was too bad. There is no effort to help customers. They have no maps. It was an unpleasant interaction all around.

Worse I ever had with car rental . Long waiting line over 1 hour and we end up with getting no car . Reason that I paid with my credit card and put my wife as main driver . They told us we have to rebook with Expedia since they are 3 rd party . There was many people there had all kind of issues . Stuff is very arrogant And most likely they have no enough cars that’s why they create all kind of this issues .

Once we had the car, everything was fine. The process to get the car was frustrating. It wasn't available when we arrived so the agent tried to sneak us into a compact size car not a standard size car. When I questioned that, it was like I was the one with the problem. So then we had to wait to have a standard size car cleaned. Didn't seem like there was any urgency to try and help us to get us out of there.

Great people. Lyndell and others were awesome people to deal with. Got a complimentary upgrade from a Toyota Camry to a Chinese-made SUV that provided a little more room for luggage …allowing for 4 large pieces of luggage and 4 people. Right next to airport and easy walking distance, too.

Pickup and drop off can be a bit chaotic, but on Saturdays especially there are a lot of cars being turned around in a short period of time. Best to get your mind into “island time” before entering the rental building. We got a flat tire during our rental and team took care of it with no complaints and dropped off a new rental car to our condo - great service.

Great experience! Service counter was well staffed with friendly agents, allowing for wait times to get the car to be minimal. Drop off was easy and quick, too. The car we had was awesome for our two week vacation. First time I had used Avis and was very impressed.

It all worked out in the end.i had to book another stay the first night because this shop closed at 7 pm and my flight landed at 7:30. They were also not open the last morning of the trip, Otherwise, all finally worked out.

Our car was in pretty sketchy condition. The front bumper scraped on everything. The first time we went to unlock it in a parking lot, the key got stuck and we had to wait for them to send out a locksmith. We were told “this happens all the time” and were instructed to just avoid locking it for the rest of our trip. ?! Although the staff was nice and responsive, I’m not satisfied with that resolution.
