Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool and waterslide being closed or not properly advertised, which led to disappointment, especially for families. Cleanliness was also a concern in several reviews, with mentions of dirty rooms and bathrooms. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and clean, others experienced issues with bed comfort and room maintenance. Overall, the positive interactions with staff and the quality of breakfast stood out, but the negative experiences with the pool facilities and cleanliness affected overall satisfaction.AI-generated from customer reviews
