I liked that our room was close to the stairs.
There was no breakfast. No towels in my room. The hot water didn’t work. I got charged 2x more foe the deposit for no reason. Just because they didn’t know what they were doing. When I finally talked to someone, they were very rude to tell me it was Priceline’s fault. It was not. I spoke to a higher up manager, she was a lot more polite with her customer service. She said it was their fault, but it still is not fixed. I still have an extra $113 charge on my account that is not off yet. Very loud people all around, building is falling apart. Hot water never worked.
Door was ajar, TV was on. Was told they were just in there checking if it had a fridge and microwave and must not have closed it all the way. When we entered the room, it reaked of smoke. There was no changing it though. Door lock didn't work when the door was closed, so we used the 2nd latch, put a chair in front with our luggage on it all night. Just prayed some random person wouldn't open it during the night. A strip of the bed frame finish had been removed and was sitting against the wall, paint was removed in several places, vent in bathroom was hanging down. No more chances on Days Inn, as the last time I stayed at a Days Inn it was awful too.
Staff was friendly, couldn't hear noise from other people through walls, room was clean.
Its next to a busy street so there's a lot of noise in the morning. Left a charger here after check out, came back about 30 minutes later for them to tell me they didn't find it...
Was given a smoking room
The bed was comfortable.
I had booked a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room and did not offer to exchange it. The room had large stains on the floor and ceiling.
The unpleasant scents of the whole place , it like molded . Also the bed has a hazardous spot on the edge , that could cause a serious injury .
The room was clean and the breakfast bar was fully stocked.
I stayed for THREE nights and requested several times that I needed to have my toilet repaired, but no one ever fixed the continuously running (loud) toilet.
Easy access to room.
There were wash clothes hanging on shower before I got there. The same wash clothes stayed there throughout my 3 night stay. Bathroom was not satisfactory. Toilet was clearly not cleaned and walls were dirty. Place would be fine if housekeeping performed duties.
Okay hotel for the price.
This isn't a top-notch hotel, but for the price it's a decent place to lay your head down to sleep at night. We had a couple of issues when we first checked in with the room, but the staff fixed it really quickly for us.
Nice housekeeping staff. Very thorough with daily cleaning. Easy access to interstates.
Pool was dirty, exercise room was run down
They had good breakfast and daily newspaper.
Nothing that Ican think of.
Great value for money.
Please offer more gluten-free items for breakfast, all I could get was a small yogurt. Everything else was wheat or oats. Perhaps some fresh fruit or gluten-free bread?
