Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions are mixed. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and some appreciated the convenient location and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with issues like dirty rooms, stains, and unpleasant odors. The check-in process, often handled by a virtual agent or kiosk, was considered impersonal by some. Value for price was questioned, as several guests felt the quality did not match the cost. Overall, while a few guests had a pleasant stay, many encountered problems with cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
