Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's breathtaking location, beautiful castle and grounds, and unique, romantic atmosphere. The service was frequently described as friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and dining experiences received high marks for quality and ambiance. However, some guests noted that the rooms were small, dated, or lacked air conditioning, and a few mentioned minor cleanliness issues. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making it a memorable and highly recommended stay.
