Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location: Very central, 5-min walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Felt safe. Apartment: Spacious and adequately equipped. Personnel: Very friendly, polite and helpful
Cons: Breakfast: Only fruits were available. I would like some more choices, at an optional extra cost if needed. Noise: During the weekend there can occasionally be loud music coming from surrounding sources (other houses, passing cars etc). It’s normal for such central location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice apartment, friendly owners, sweet morning fruits and tasty coffee. We spent great 2 days there. Room was clean and cozy, there was dish and coffee mashine and safe. I was surprised that they prepare 2 bottles of water for us. Everything is amazing! I highly recommed this appartment!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great experience, very convenient location, great value for money. Very flexible host, very open to help, also with organizing trip for all guests at cheap prices. Apartment was equipped properly with kitchen, fridge, big space, clean (even if not new furniture). Even if not included n the price, coffee was available and best fresh fruit breakfast ever. Great local life and very safe location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Charming spot, room had everything you need for a short stay. Only a short walk from the beach and some restaurants. The owner was great and made me feel welcome right away. He was very friendly and helped me arrange a great excursion and transport back to Santo Domingo.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s a cozy place to stay right in the middle of the village. The room was very clean, especially I can point out the cleanliness of the bedsheets. It was nice to get as a benefit small fruit plate every morning. I would recommend to get a tour to Saona island with the hotel. The price is very reasonable for it. Last, but not least, Bayahibe is extremely safe place, we were able to be outside even late night.
Cons: There is no close beach in the village and the number of really good restaurants is low.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The unit was what I expected for the price
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff - A/C provided - Coffee and fruit for breakfast - Clean rooms - Centrally located
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All fotos corresponding the reality. The location is good, near supermarkt, boats und beach. The kitchen is equipped very well. The badroom is big.
Cons: No comments.
Excellent 9.3

Good 7.0
Pros: lovely room, beautifully area and lots to do. golf buggies are good fun and the beach / sea are lovely.
Cons: breakfast if not all-inclusive was very expensive ($40 after taxes and before pushy waiters wanting tips) particularly given how average it was. attended a wedding at the property and despite it being an open-bar and therefore no one carrying cash we were still pushed for tips when ordering drinks. I have every sympathy with poorly paid staff but that isn’t the guests responsibility and to feel pressure to tip made us feel uncomfortable. golf was insanely expensive but looked lovely. sadly the average breakfast and staff being pushy for tips is my abiding memory of my stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Exceptional service from the driver at the airport to the hotel to the check-in staff to the maid service to the restaurant service to the level of detail, I could go on and on! Perfection at its finest!
Excellent 8.8
It’s expensive but it’s as close to heaven as you’ll ever get on earth!
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast was amazing and the resort was really pretty. Chantal from front desk outside was great, she made my trip so much better helping me plan everything. She went above and beyond to help with scheduling things while I was there. She really made a difference for my stay.
Cons: The reception service wasn’t great, it is hard to reach them and get an helpful answer.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: breakfast was expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was excellent!! All the services in general, Casa De Campo is my next vacation destination pretty soon, & I'll go with my whole family this time. We can't wait!!!
Cons: I was really please with everything. I don't have anything bad to say about Casa De Campo. Really a excellent place for vacation time.
Excellent 9.2

Excellent 9.2

Excellent 10.0
Cons: Excellent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very peaceful place and great staffs
Cons: Too pricey be prepared to pay heavily on everything
Excellent 10.0
I had a bad accident whilst here with work. I had to stay an extra week at the hotel to recuperate before I was given the all clear to fly home. Due to my injuries I had great difficulty in walking, and was also unable to use my right arm. The room maid, Santa Constanzo, was exceptional. She made a point of coming to my room daily and cleaning it and checking that I was OK. She got anything I needed and she left the room spotless. Apart from that, she gave me a lovely welcome every day. Also the female nurse in the medical center was very kind and cleaned and dressed the wound on my foot daily. All the staff were very kind to me, and helped me at breakfast time in the restaurant. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: My last visit to Casa de Campo was 25 years ago and I was thrilled to return and find it: Impeccably managed; great staff...uniformly warm, professional, highly competent and highly responsive; great facilities...especially the beach club/pool/restaurant; great sports; wide array of surprisingly good quality food choices. Before our trip I read reviews that warned to beware of billing issues such as double charging and charging separately for items outside the “all inclusive” plan...and I am happy to report that billing was completely accurate with not a single discrepancy! Well designed, impeccably clean and well maintained rooms were a solid 4-4.5 stars and need just that little something to get them to 5 stars.
Cons: Only real complaint was the room air conditioning that I think uses “evaporative cooling” which results in a slightly uncomfortable humidity level in the room...and the configuration of the air conditioning diffuser/vent that resulted in a real blast of air that caused a mini-draft when activated.
Okay 4.2
Cons: The hotel didn't recognized the reservation made by this application.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: He welcomed us very nice and friendly, he showed us all available rooms from that we could choose which we wanted. The communication was excellent, so far the best experience in Dominican Republic. We took the offer to get his breakfast for small extra money, which definitely pays off. The breakfast was delicious and we could eat it on his balcony with Ocean view. His place is in a very quiet area. He did reservation for our trip to Isla Catalina for better price than the normal hotels offer. He was driving with us to the place for our catamaran trip, we definitely wouldn't find it without him. I would definitely recommend his place for staying.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect 🤩 and franck is amazing Thank you
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything else, even the dog
Cons: Sorry, no air conditioning, at night
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Owner and staff were great and very personable and attentive. Loved being near the water and very secluded and private.
Cons: The facilities need to be upgraded and renovated. The wifi was very poor. No AC.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything specially the host! I’ve never been so well attended in any Bookings before... this was the best place and super accommodating.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really island in view of neighborhoods. Fantastic owner, you will definitely enjoy having talks with Frank in the evening....with some drinks. There is awesome view at the terrace. Unforgettable down and sunset. The owner is very helpful and hospitable
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was nice to be out of the main part of the city. Loved The view from the terrace while we were enjoying the amazing breakfast Frank made us most mornings. Our evening chats with Frank on the same terrace . We were so thankful for Frank and all his help with instructions on how to get to Samana and Santo Domingo as well as booking a tour and a taxi. The room was clean and a good size.
Cons: Leaving our new friend Frank
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The accommodations were clean, safe, and you can hear waves crashing outside your window. The rooftop terrace was the reason we booked this space and it didn’t disappoint. Frank is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and dedicated to making sure you enjoy your time at his home.
Cons: Because of our flight times, we were not able to rent a car, which made staying in this spot more difficult and expensive than we expected. Fortunately, with Frank’s assistance, we found a trustworthy taxi driver and so were able to move around knowing we were safe. Unfortunately, that workaround blew our budget. Having a car would have made this spot more ideal but we still managed to enjoy it.

Good 7.0
Pros: The pool area was great, the bed was comfortable, and the bedrooms were clean. Very friendly staff.
Cons: It is located wrong on booking.com, it seems to be near the beach. You still can walk to the beach (20 min), but it is not what we booked. The kitchen is not well equipped. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect from a 4* apartment.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The apartment is spacious and the terrace is great. The cherry on top is the cigar shop downstairs. 2 grocery stores are approximately 200m away. Thumb up for the staff.
Cons: The noise from the renovation work on the restaurant (Nov 2021).
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice apartments and staff. Good location, 5-10’ walking distance to bwach, restaurants and supermarket. We want to thank the manager Francesco, he was very helpful!
Cons: Unfortunately there were doing works on the poolside so it was noisy during the day as we had our apartment right in front.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very good stuff clean apartment
Cons: I thought was closer to the beach 15 min walking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly multilingual staff at the front desk, clean safe environment.
Cons: Nada

Okay 4.0
Pros: location is nice
Cons: it was important to me to stay online while I was on the trip, the internet worked horribly!!!!! my work meetings were stressful , because I kept disconnecting . also the food was not good. we tried different restaurants.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The sea and beach
Cons: We were put in a room next to constructionwork. Too much noise all day. Not what one may expect longing for a relaxed vacation. The sheets on the bed were not clean and the room neither. They moved us eventually to another room where apparently was even more construction going on as we found out early next morning. Never heard of planning these things? It is a massive commercialized place like an entertainmentpark with I guess underpaid staff.
Good 6.0
Pros: beach was beautiful. staff was friendly
Cons: low low end rum… only lobby bar had good Liquor. buffet was small. no fresh juice or Avocados…
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the beach but the location is maybe not the most convenient considering the transportation. The hotel was beautiful but unfortunately not very clean and they even had ants. Some staff members were very nice and tried very hard but many were quite lazy? Overall the experience was very good as I was spending time with my friends and that was the most important thing but there was some disappointment when it comes to the hotel and staff.
Cons: Cleanliness and some staff members approach. I had to call for water even 3 times before they would show up.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: the beach
Cons: the food
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the geographical position, the natural wonders
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The closest beaches! Some people nice!
Cons: The food was not good! The concierges push you hard and continuously to have a membership! Slow check-in! We checked out early and in our way to the airport received a call from the hotel said we need to comeback because supposedly we didn’t pay! That makes me angry 😡!We pay in full when we arrived first day! That was annoying! We pay excursions through the hotel expensive and they’re not puntual!
Okay 5.4
Pros: The best beach. Viva restaurant and the Mexican are the best.
Cons: Hotel for smokers. I had to visit my pulmonologist doctor. Smokers everywhere. I spend most of the time in my room, because the smokers. Smokers on the beach, in the pool, inside the beach and the pool, smokers everywhere. 2. Eat fast or Glenys will take you off to the Buffet. 3. If you need a Towel in the pool avoid the Young guy light skin with yellow eyes, he is really rude. 4. We had a flood situation in our room and blackout at the middle of the night but Alessandro helped us.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Being on the beach .
Cons: overpriced for the food and service . Our special valentines dinner which cost extra got ruined by their poor service and there was no compensation. The people who book excursions just want to sign you up with some kind of activity and forget to tell you details . Most importantly poor English so lack of communication
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.3
Pros: It was a great stay. Employees were very nice and carring. I liked all the activities they had. It was perfect for what we went to do.
Cons: They at least need to have a faster accesss to internet in the lobby. Wifi was useless.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent beach, The location Is very good. Very good Time with my wife.
Cons: COVID protocole very flexible. The used of mask in closed place very flexible.
Okay 4.0
Pros: beach and swimming pool
Cons: guest service staff… too many cats.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location and the beach are amazing. The restaurants are fabulous, Right on the water.
Cons: This time there were too many loud French people pumping old techno music nonstop. I just wanted to throw the speakers right in the pool because my son was having a difficult time taking naps in the daytime
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The sea
Cons: The staff from reception, they are not polite, if you have a problem they don't want to solve it and they speak badly to you!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: good
Cons: ok
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly and hard workinng staff. Clean and nice rooms.
Cons: Long waiting in the queues for everything. check in(90mimutes) making a resrvation for the dinner (75minutes). The food was average.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location + service. The beach is from the poster: clear and warm turquois water, plenty of chairs, lots of shade. Staff is very attentive. Specialty restaurants(Viva Cafe, Italian, Atlantis) are amazing.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The resort is beautiful and in a beautiful location.
Cons: After finally being fully vaccinated and finding a few days off work to get away, my boyfriend and I chose Viva Wyndham because it looked beautiful and we felt confidence in seeing the Wyndham name attached. It turns out, while the resort does look like the beautiful pictures and is along a gorgeous beach, that is the only positive thing I have to say about it. I have never wanted to come home from a vacation so badly in my life. I tried so hard to find the silver lining, but ultimately, I feel like every penny I spent on this trip was completely wasted. This will be a long review for such a short stay, but unfortunately there was just so much wrong that it will take time to list everything. I’m not sure why there was so much wrong at this resort. At times, I wondered if they had a problem with gay couples which is why we were ignored or denied service at times, but I also read other reviews from around the same time with some of the similar experiences we had as well. My best guess is that it is a combination of discrimination, incompetency, poor management, and lack of concern. Bullet Points for those who don’t want to read it all: -Spent the entire weekend waiting in lines -The staff was rude and unhelpful beyond belief -Rooms will not be as described and something will be wrong. You will also wait in line to get that fixed Check-in: Check-in was a chaotic, inefficient disaster. It took us over an hour to get to the desk. We were not offered water, drinks, snacks, or even the reassurance that we would be helped. One person stopped after we had waited about 40 minutes, I believe she was from guest services, but I’m not sure. She asked the last name on the reservation and had us write it on a napkin in her hand. I’m still not sure what was done with that or what the purpose was, although I honestly wonder if it was to flag us or to let other members of her team know they had a gay couple so they wouldn’t worry about offering us any type of services. There were at times 4 people working at the desk, and sometimes they would all disappear at the same time. While we were waiting to check-in there were also guests forming another line at the same counter, I’m guessing for things like room lockouts and recreation equipment. Once we finally made it to the desk, very little was said. The woman helping us was also helping the other people getting sports equipment. She put a few papers down and pens, which we assumed meant we should fill out the forms as she walked away to help the other people. After a few other forms and giving our passports, she handed us an envelope with keys and towel cards and put a photocopied map in front of us. She turned it over and highlighted when dinner times were and also highlighted the snack bar times and said they were open now. We were starving by this point after 13 hours of travel and only having time for a muffin and coffee in the morning. She called a bellhop to take us to our room (which we really didn’t need since there was only 1 suitcase). I’m not sure what the point was in showing us to our room if you aren’t going to check the room and ensure everything is good, other than to collect a tip (which I don’t mind giving, I just wish service came with it). The Room: When making our reservation, the options were a King bed or 2 queen beds. We chose the King bed, but I did see where there is a disclaimer that bed choice is not guaranteed. When we walked in the room, we were surprised to find neither. There was a queen bed in the front corner against the window (which makes it awkward for 2 people to get in and out of as one person has to crawl to the bottom of the bed anytime they need to get up) and a twin bed next to it. I was confused, because this was never an option. It just felt like we already weren’t getting what we paid for. The first thing we noticed was that the air did not work. It wasn’t that it wasn’t cold enough, there was literally no air coming out of the vent. There are also no fans in the room and the windows are bolted shut so the room is just stuffy and hot. There was a half drank bottle of water on the nightstand which concerned me about whether the room was cleaned or sanitized. When traveling internationally, I always put my passport in the safe first thing. That’s when I discovered the safe didn’t work. It would say it was locked, but it wasn’t. I decided to quickly call the front desk before we went to find some food. There are no indications of how to reach anyone at guest services, the front desk, or anything else on the phone or in the room. I tried dialing 0 and someone answered. I explained the issues as clearly as I could. Nothing was said and the phone started ringing again, so I assumed I was being transferred. It continued to ring until I gave up. At this point, we’re hot and extremely hungry and not ready to wait in another hour long line at the front desk, so we decide to find the snack bar and then head back to
Poor 1.0
Pros: Staff are extremely attentive.
Cons: I made a reservation for a bungalow, with a king bed. arriving at my lodging they gave me a bungalow with two queen beds, the room was not 100% clean. had hair, saind across the floor. Ac broken. Bad food
Excellent 8.4
Reception staff may need some customer service skill but overall was a great experience.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The beach
Cons: Everything except the beach
Excellent 9.6
Not sure you’ll find a more beautiful property in the Dominican. The grounds are gorgeous and clean. Beach, pools, hammocks, pool or beach chairs, bars...what’s not to like? Cons: Food and language barrier. Both no big deal and easy to deal with once you find those you can communicate with easily and the things you like to eat. Just think cafeteria vs dining and you’ll be ok.
Good 6.0
Pros: The beach, water activities and employees.
Cons: We hated the constant barrage of people trying to sell us timeshares.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very Nice Ground including perfect swimming pools Perfect access to beach and water
Cons: Only one restaurant open (buffet) Small problems - keys did not work - some drinks were often unavailable - no help from mgr to extend our stay a couple of days
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The locations were ideal and the grounds were well kept. The staff was wonderful.
Cons: Food and drinks were not as good as expected. Meats were overcooked. Salads looked great but I had to stop eating the greens because of my stomach cramping up badly. It got better after stopping. Also, despite their efforts, my husband caught covid.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The beach was great
Cons: We waited almost 2 hours to check in. Front desk personnel knowingly let some locals skip the line. When confronted, the front desk personnel blamed the guests waiting in line for not being alert, absurd.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beach, Pools, Staff, Grounds, Food and Drinks were good too
Cons: No
Okay 5.1
Pros: The location, the beach and views were beautiful.
Cons: Overall experience: overrated with hints of tackiness and unpleasant surprises. In other words, for the price, don't expect quality. You truly get what you pay for but with a twist in DR all-inclusive. The only way to make this better is to pay for a place that offers what I'm paying for. Had I known what all inclusive meant ahead of time at Viva Wyndham, I would've gone elsewhere. The ride from the airport to the resort alone -- about 1 hr 20 min -- is heart breaking: glaring poverty, with non stop shanty towns with an inordinate amount of abandoned contructions, dilapidated buildings and folks running through the highway. The Dominican Travel Industry shields the tourists from blatant poverty with gated resorts. The theme is the same: the food sucks, it's prepared ahead time and sits there, it gets dry, one can taste it isn't fresh, the constant loud parties and music, the infrastructure doesn't account for humid heat causing structural problems to facilities the locals cannot afford to control; bringing appliances voltage to funtion at below optimal levels making foodstuffs rotten, rooms to overheat or freeze, causing food poisoning, mold/mildew allergies, backed up sewage, unpleasant smells, insect infestations and excess algae ashore. The poverty and overdependecy on tourism makes the poor come out of the pueblos and become vendors, inundating the beaches with incessant offers for stuff one wouldn't buy. The timeshare hounds who wat you to commit one week a year to the Viva Wyndham Chain, are they crazy? To note, the resort is visited by folks from western and eastern Europe and tons of south Americans from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, etc. South Americans are accustomed to the DR standards and given their currencies are stonger than the Dominican peso, I can see how vacationing in DR can be a bargain for them. The excursions are torture and uncomfortable with the lack of infrastructure. Last but not least, Food Poisoning! My spouse fell very ill from their food and drinks. I was more selective, bought my own drinks, stuck with wine, avoided foods from excursions.

Pros: CL0SE. 2. D @. B~3ACH!!?!?!?!!
Cons: INCONVENIENT. WITH. CREDIT C@RD!?!?!????!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The Pool, and Breakfast
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was big! There was no shortage of hot water. Location, location, location! This place is conveniently located 10 min from Bayahibe Beach at only 5 minutes from Dominicus Beach driving, but you can walk to Dominicus Beach anyways. The small town where the Eden is located is beautiful and it has many options of restaurants and bars to choose from, or you can stay in the hotel and enjoy their own meals. The food is very good although a bit pricey except for the pizza. Please don't leave this hotel without trying their pizza a la leña! Handmade in a wooden brick oven they are delicious. All in all we were very pleased with the value we got.
Cons: The waiting times for breakfast and food the day we arrived due to short staffing. It did get better Saturday night as there was more personnel. The bedrooms could use 1 more waste basket.. Other than that, it was a very good experience.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I was pleasantly surprise by the hotel accommodations. For the price it was a great bargain.

Pros: The Spa experience is a good take away for us.
Cons: Inaccurate information given from tour guides to push their products. Our servers were horrible at best. Seems there need to be some training to demonstrate that all customers should be treated equally. We observed on multiple occassions how we were treated differently in comparison to other guest. There won't be a repeat for us to Dreams La Romana.
Good 6.0
Pros: Birds and nature if they were any.
Cons: Noisy and breakfast was the same. Maybe should change theme of breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This resort was wonderful. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and huge! It took 5 minutes to walk the stretch from one end of the resort to the other. The food was top-notch - we tried 4 of the 7 restaurants while we were there and all the food we got was delicious! Tip - ask for recommendations - some of the plated meals at the restaurants were better than others, and the wait staff were able to easily point you in the right direction. Also, my husband is a big guy and learned that he could order 2 appetizers if he wanted to, which made him very happy. We did end up with the preferred package, which actually offered a lot of perks. We had our own private pool (with pool bar), our own private area on the beach, and a 'clubhouse' that we could go to for appetizers and drinks. We were there during march madness, and the clubhouse was extra nice because we could go there and get a prime couch spot to watch a couple of games. The bartender in the preferred club was also very good - he remembered my husband and my dad (we also travelled with my parents) and came and asked them if they wanted the same drinks each time we walked in. Speaking of bartenders, they were all very good - they made delicious drinks (try the drink of the day), were willing to customize them, and knew a wide variety of drinks (we ordered Caipirinhas and every bartender knew how to make them). Overall, this resort was wonderful, and we had a really great stay.
Cons: This resort was very large, which didn't bother us (more food, pool, and beach options), but could be a downside for some. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the number of people they let into the resort to sell you things. At other all-inclusives I've been at, they limit the sales function to the lobby, and at Dreams, there were people by the pool and on the beach walking around to try to get you to go on excursions. They were not overly pushy, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. There is also an office in the resort where they try to sell you timeshares. One of the staff in the lobby tried to get us reeled in, but was willing to let us walk away (she was a little bit more pushy than the others who were selling things, but we only heard from her once - she didn't come up to us again after we walked away). Again, it's not the end of the world to say no and walk away from anyone trying to sell you something on vacation - it just may be a bigger deal to some people than to others.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Customer service was excellent. The staff was trained to accommodate any requests. Also the food was excellent and the selection of food was extensive.
Cons: At times vendors trying to sell time shares, excursions, etc. were a little intrusive, but probably not outside the limits when compared to other resorts.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Quite. moderne. Good bed. Good AC.
Cons: Overpriced but good. The pool was dirty.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was beautiful hotel. Some staff spoke English and those that did not were patient with my very broken Spanish.
Cons: I was charged $30 for a sheet because I got my period. There were fruit flies in the room.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was very basic considering the price.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The property is modern and clean. The staff are friendly.
Cons: They force you to pay $15 per night for a poorly stocked mini bar. They do not tell you this until you reach the hotel. At night there is a disco and it is almost impossible to sleep. The food in the restaurant was not very good.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Excellent food, clean, the staff is amazing. The rooms are clean. I had a great stay.
Good 6.7
Pros: I only eat cereal and fruit, which is fine, but it ought to be included, as elsewhere
Cons: I think there is only one receptionist speaks English, which I cope with google, but generally foreign receptionists speak at least english and other languages, I think only Dominican regularly use this hotel, but it is safe, as others look dubious .
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: when I got to the hotel they didn't find my reserved and didn't give me atention to stay

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very large room at a more than fair price, the dinner in the attached restaurant was fabulous. In the hotel you can rent a car, this is also necessary due to the location (a bit offside). The reception took very good care of us.
Cons: Unfortunately, a hair dryer was missing in our suite, but this did not spoil the experience.

Pros: the property is very nice and well maintained. It is relaxing
Cons: I had two problems. First I arrived and they did not find my reservation, so they lasted more than an hour and a half to give me access to the resort. Then in the services they offered, that they included a breakfast. We never got breakfast. I tried calling the host 3 time and he never answered it.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Don't know
Cons: We didn't like receiving a call on our way to the resort and being told that there was a mistake and that there were no rooms available because they were sold out. This was on our way to the place so we had to head back home. This after my card had been charged and the booking confirmed, now I have to wait up to a week to receive my refund. This is totally unacceptable in my book.
