Pros (+) the staff is consistently friendly, courteous, helpful
Cons (-) The carpet and the room can be cleaner. There was a dry urine stain at the toilet which was never cleaned. The plumbing system can be upgraded. One time we stayed in a room with a bathroom drain that was clogged. This time the toilet and the shower plumbing leaked. The min refrigerator in the room was noisy

Pros (+) The location is excellent and convenient to major highways. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional
Cons (-) The coffee in the lobby can be refreshed more frequently. It is often lukewarm. The door of the room was all scratched up and not repaired or repainted (looks like a dog had done some damage to the bottom of the door in the past)
