Pros (+) Room was very nice. Spacious and comfy. Nice fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Good size outdoor pool and beautiful grounds. Chris was very helpful when i called and made reservation.
Cons (-) Disappointed with breakfast. Would like healthier options. Fresh fruit. More cereal options. Could have cheese.

Pros (+) Pet friendly and away from noise and bustle. We were upgraded to a romantic room with fireplace. Breakfast is served at your table. Staff friendly and helpful

Pros (+) Great rooms, we were upgraded to 1 bedroom condo unit which was great with hardwood floors, very pet friendly. Great views Hot Breakfast Dessert at night!! Good location close to downtown area and easy walk from hotel, with option to walk through the waterfront park also.
Cons (-) Breakfast options could be more vegan / vegetarian friendly. They did take the effort to provide vegetarian options, which was great. Alternative milk like hemp/soy/coconut would be great to have. Vegan sausages etc. are easy to come by nowadays and providing these options would be great.

Pros (+) Really friendly staff and great location. I also loved the coffee delivery to the room!
Cons (-) The pillows were super uncomfortable. I had a great stay but couldn't sleep at all because the pillows were hard. :\
