Cons (-) I arrived around 11pm. They had issues with my credit card then booked me in a room that already had someone in it. That never happened before. The room they put me in; light didn’t work and sink wouldn’t drain.

Cons (-) Beds were awful and air conditioner did not work
Pros (+) I had doubts about staying at Quality Inn after reading the reviews about it. I'm glad that I decided to ignore some of those reviews; my cousin & I stayed 3 days & it was fine. Rooms were clean, beds were nice, had enough fluffy pillows, it was clean.
