The bathroom door would not close. Could not change the temperature of the AC unit. Tiny television. Hallway smelled. Carpet missing in the hallways.

There were no stirrers for coffee, very little cream. Lacked towels. We had to ask for them. No breakfast of any kind.

Yes, they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet but the staff immediately corrected the issue and gave us another room that was cleaned. After that everything was great. I can say that the staff had a sense of urgency.

Three days in a row requested to have my room cleaned with new towels and bed linens to come back and the room not cleaned. I was asked what day did you check in versus hearing yes, we will change your room.

This place was a pot smoke stack, both inside and out, so if you don't mind that... Neighborhood wasn't the best.

I was very disappointed. All pictures of rooms showed carpet but no rooms were carpeted. It was like being in a dorm. I had a 2 night stay, wifi was down for the entire stay! I picked a hotel with wifi for a reason, I expect it to be working!
The Mattress was very comfortable
When first getting to our room, we had booked a King Size and when we walked into the room, it was 2 queen size beds. They fixed it for us without a problem, but the area/hallway around our room was under construction. But all in all, it was quiet.

The room was not clean according to IHG's way of clean. The refrigerator stopped working the first day and the water in the bathtub would not stop running and you could not turn it off. I alerted the hotel staff on the first day and nothing happened.
