Everything Especially the Location . We were all made to feel special. Would go again for any trips to London... which we would have to save up for but know we would love.

Location to attend an event at the 02 and for shopping, breakfast was good and views from the bedroom.
The room was lacking milk, slippers and the bed had marks on the sheets. The carpet had bits on from the previous occupant. Expected more attention to detail for this class of hotel
