A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. This is a lowish cost airline and crew were good, but does offer really good value and worth paying a bit more than some of the cheapest out there. Not too much different to BA, but friendlier and better value. Flight was a bit late leaving, but arrived pretty much on time. Food is also pretty good value, high street cafe prices, although the ham and cheese toastie is not recommended. But everything else was fine."

Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."

Cons: "Gate was changed after initial assignment. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't sat almost in front of the counter and overheard a customer there saying my flight. I asked someone even closer to the counter if that's the gate, and was told no. There aren't even display boards at the counter so you really have to check. The right gate ended up on the opposite end of the airport, so I wasted a trip and a half, in a way. The previous flight was late, so we boarded half an hour late. We were warned to wait another half an hour on the tarmac but luckily got out in less than half that time. There was no liquid soap in the toilet. I unscrewed the bottle (they really save money and the environment there), put in hot water, and was able to get the soap I needed."

There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. He kept going on and on about how bad the weather was in London and how sunny it was in Portugal. He mentioned rain and snow in London and suggested that people booked a return flight to Portugal in the twenty-five minutes available to them in London after the plane had landed. One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"

Pros: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."

Pros: "Simple, comfortable, practical & cheap.Love Ryanair...they make quick weekends away possible...Ryanair have changed. In particular the fact that they allow a second small bag in the cabin make them now a lot better than easyjet (My experience with easyjet recently has been much more pedantic & fussy & awkward). Ryanair gets you there cheaply and with a decent degree of comfort and service."

It was very obvious whilst waiting at the gate that this man was very very drunk and already being extremely abusive to his partner . Why was he allowed to board the plane causing inconvenience to all the passengers on board and the cabin crew and the following passengers on the next flight ? Yes the team apologised but we weren't provided with any drinks or offered a discount on pod and beverages and practically had to beg to be able to use the toilet during the delay ........ really disappointing"

Pros: "Crew were fine, but I'd rather pay a few quid more on the ticket to have a better experience. Something between this and BA would be fine for me."
Cons: "Never a pleasant experience, but mercifully brief."

Pros: "The morning flight was over an hour late with considerable time spent on the apron - the evening flight was equally late - I don't have a problem with planes being late - it happens due to weather etc. BUT. only if I am told what is happening, no information was provided whatsoever, this is not helpful...."

Pros: "Busy departure time, waited 45mins in the aircraft for take off. Had to check in our hand luggages due to busy flight so again waiting at the other end to retrieve our baggage."

Pros: "Barcelo hotel it couldn't have better staff. From reception, waitress/bar, and all the people involve in the service, they are all great professionals and it give you the best services. We will come back asap Xxx"
