We got there on time,

- Surliness of staff especially at the gate: some passengers were queuing for the wrong flight and gate staff did very little to ensure that the risk of this was highlighted to others. Consequently when boarding some people were turned away as they should have been elsewhere - Unecessary split seats - New cabin baggage rules - caused delay at the gate and could have been avoided by asking people to check in the excess earlier as other airlines do.

My biggest complaint was the way they handle random seating. My husband and I were on the same record locator and had the same last name, yet he was in the middle seat in the front of the plane and I was in a middle seat in the back of the plane. What gives?

While clearly my lack of attention to detail, I do not mind Heathrow / city / Gatwick, so when I saw a deal I took it. On my return flight I discover that it is to London Luton, and not one of the 3 ACTUAL Airports in London.

Comfortable. Large plane

I was not allowed my hand luggage on in the cabin on the trip down or return as was told the cabin was full. That is would go in the hold but it would be first off. So many people came on after me with much larger hand luggage! Also my bag was last into baggage reclaim both times

The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again.

I liked the fact that my initial ticket was a good value. I liked arriving safely and on time. A Ryanair attendant took me under her wing and made sure I made my flight, without her, I would not have made it. I am thankful for her.

Ryanair is not for the uninitiated. Nor for those who don't read the fine print. My baggage fees were not included, nor were the extra heavy baggage fees. My flight change fees were also as much money as my initial ticket. I almost missed my flight because of the extra time required to add in and pay for all of these fees. All told, at the end of the experience, I ended up spending 400% of the cost of my initial ticket. Be wary, be informed, read the fine print, and then be prepared for shamelessly overt marketing, uncaring bored male flight attendants, and a shabby dirty plane covered in cheap vinyl and bill boards. Next time I will pay any price to avoid this experience.

The crew were very friendly and very helpful with my sister struggling with her baggage due to her breaking her arm a few weeks ago. The crew on the ground at Shannon and on-board the flight could not do any more for us.

The seating arrangements whereby we had to pay extra to sit together despite us booking the three tickets all at the same time. Ryanair are over-charging their customers with these hidden charges which are only declared at the check-in stage

The flight was comfortable enough for a short haul flight. Hostesses were fine I didn't have the need to deal with them tbh not very happy looking

Delayed. This happens so it's fine. We get to the gate to then have to load our own non priority bags on the baggage carriage ourselves with people pushing others off the back side (accidentally). That was not well orgakised at all. I don't understand why we have to pay to sit together? Seat here available to have people sit together. It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair

The pilots had excellent take-offs and landings both ways.

Upon arriving at the airport, I discovered that they will not print your boarding passes -- unless you want to pay $66 per ticket (I printed at computer station for about $25). Baggage charges were also a surprise: you have to pay to check your bag separately for the out and return journeys -- to the the tune of $51-66 each way. $6 to pick a seat (a necessity since I had my children along). My $53 city hop wound up costing me about $183. Times that by 5, as I had my family along. That and the entire flight, the crew tried to sell me stuff. Never flying Ryanair again.

I arrived safely without a scratch. The entire crew were very nice. Things were clean. There were no screens for the addicted. I got some sleep before the announcements and sales kicked in on the short flight.

Gate was changed after initial assignment. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't sat almost in front of the counter and overheard a customer there saying my flight. I asked someone even closer to the counter if that's the gate, and was told no. There aren't even display boards at the counter so you really have to check. The right gate ended up on the opposite end of the airport, so I wasted a trip and a half, in a way. The previous flight was late, so we boarded half an hour late. We were warned to wait another half an hour on the tarmac but luckily got out in less than half that time. There was no liquid soap in the toilet. I unscrewed the bottle (they really save money and the environment there), put in hot water, and was able to get the soap I needed.

Boarding was like a cattle call--corralled into a small hot space, standing because there was no seating and waiting for over 1/2 hour to board. Seats were cramped. There was no food--unless you are accustomed to paying over $10 for an unhealthy snack. To call the safety card affixed to the back of the seat in front of me "entertainment" is a joke. You will not need to worry about my ever flying your airline again.

The flight was not stocked with sufficient food and had run out of sandwiches by row 3. Considering food is purchased for an additional fee this is surely makes poor business sense aside from being frustrating for passengers on a 3 hour flight plus a delay. Flights were very expensive especially when factoring in that we had to pay to check a bag, to select seats and to purchase food and drink. Worked out as terrible value for money when compared with an Emirates flight to New Zealand.

We had to go to three different desks to get our bags checked in: one for payment, another for printing the bag label and another for dropping off our bag. Also they wanted to charge us 15 quid each to print our boarding pass because the airports wifi wasn't working. This will be both my first and last experience with this company.

The flight was delayed as the flight before hadn't landed, which happens. But when we arrived at Stanstead we waited a long time to get off of the plane, and the bags from the hold were not released for another hour and a half after landing, with no recogition of this or apology for the wait.

Failing to check in before getting to the airport will result in them selling your already bought ticket to someone else. This happened to me and had to by a one-way ticket with British Airways at double the cost of the original return ticket from EasyAir. Did not even try to help.

We got there on time,

- Surliness of staff especially at the gate: some passengers were queuing for the wrong flight and gate staff did very little to ensure that the risk of this was highlighted to others. Consequently when boarding some people were turned away as they should have been elsewhere - Unecessary split seats - New cabin baggage rules - caused delay at the gate and could have been avoided by asking people to check in the excess earlier as other airlines do.

Plane was fine, crew was pleasant, flight was on time.

We checked a golf bag. It was disaster trying to retrieve it at Stanstead. It took one solid hour, three people, and my husband finally having to get it out or the security area himself.

Well to get in the plane we were waiting almost 1 hour, and now that am writting you waiting again 1 hour for the baggage . I will never again flight with this company never again

Long delay of over 2.5 hours. Communication about the delay from the airline was poor. Limited food options at the airport at the hour.
