The apartments are situated on the Costa Calida, next to the Mediterranean Sea, in the district of San Javier. It is just 1.5 km to the Mar Menor and the beach. 1km away guests will find a shopping centre with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. This recently built apartment resort comprises apartments, semi-detached residencies and villas. On-site there is an office which is open until 19h (from which keys can be collected), a bar/café with a restaurant offering international cuisine, and a shop specialising in golfing equipment, where guests can also rent everything they need for a round of golf. The resort also offers a car park with controlled access with fee and 24h video surveillance. This complex also has the Beach Club, in first line of beach with a lounge bar and swimming-pool for clients, beach with sun-beds, towels and showers and private transport from apartments (OR and local charge). The apartments and semi-detached accommodation come with full bathrooms, as well as a separate kitchen equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and cooking utensils also feature.
