Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its outstanding service, modern amenities, and high standards of cleanliness. Many highlighted the friendly and attentive staff, excellent facilities for families and children, and convenient location near attractions. The pool and water park were especially popular among families. Some guests noted occasional issues with smoke odors and room cleaning times, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel highly recommended for both families and solo travelers.

Pros (+) Free minibar, beautiful room, great service.
Cons (-) Only complaint is lack of booze in the casino and too few bars.Accidentally booked my hotel on the China side and didnt have a visa so was hoping for some vegas style partying as i am not a gambler when i booked the room as an alternative. Other than that, the facilities were great! A bit of ultra luxury that helped me unwind in the middle of a long bacpacking trip.
