Pros (+) Intensive training on staff, was very evident where I was approached by every person that worked in the hotel with a smile and inquisitive in nature to see what I might need. Was there for four days for Summerfest and had recently stayed at a Kimpton in Austin on rainy Street and enjoyed it. I was able to the enjoy the upstairs rooftop bar for a very short period as it was too busy . Complementary...
Cons (-) Not having coffee makers in the room is a mistake. I understand the need to possibly get people out of the rooms too co-mingle down in the lobby, yet it's imperative that the first thing I do when I wake up is have a cup of coffee while I shower, news , prepare . I do this at every hotel I stay and this is the only hotel that has not offered it, and I know that's coming through some type of other ...

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could
Cons (-) Our rooms were not ready at the check-in time. We had booked two rooms and we were able to get into one room an hour late and the other two hours late. At the price, It was unacceptable.
