Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, outdated rooms, and maintenance issues such as broken elevators, unpleasant odors, and uncomfortable beds. While a few guests appreciated the convenient location and ease of check-in, the majority found the service lacking and the overall experience disappointing. Only a handful of reviews mentioned positive aspects like comfortable beds or helpful staff, but these were exceptions rather than the rule.AI-generated from customer reviews
