Pros:Service. Speed of check-in. Shuttle.
Cons:Air conditioner noisy and always cycling. No hot water for shower even after running for 10 min. - really annoying.

Cons:Air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep. Tried to turn it off but then the room temp got uncomfortable.

Pros:Everyone made me feel comfortable and eager to meet my needs.
Cons:While at the restaurant I ordered a vegi burger ( it was frozen) and for my side i asked for fruit. I repeatedly told the bar keep that i was allergic to pineapple and nothing can touch it. While chowing down on my grapes I began to feel odd. I smelled the fruit cup and it was doused with pinapple! And to make things worse. ... I cam back to the lounge to have a glass of wine and on the bar there sat someones fingernail!! I was far too late for I has just noticed the rating of the bar/restaurant 95.5! If it isn't a 98.00 or above I don't generally eat there. Also I asked for more soap and lotion I never received that either and you have to rent a mini fridge! !!??? Come on get real!
