Pros (+) The best part of staying there was leaving.

Cons (-) Where to start... The place is a dump. The smell of paint was so overwhelming I slept with the window open. That lead me to looking at the drapes, bad decision. They were stained something awful. I would not blame the place for a rash I developed after leaving, but come on, look at the place. I had booked two night but I could only tolerate the one.

Pros (+) This is a very nice place for a very low price, We had a,death in the family and last minute had to drive to Muscatine from Denver, because of the short time money was tight so I booked here for $49.99 plus $10.00 for our small dog, much to my surprise this hotel was very nice, beds were comfy rooms were clean and big, I have paid twice the amount that for much less.p.s Breakfast was amazing, eggs...

Cons (-) The property is under new management and they have a lot of construction going on, it was not a real problem but a little cluttered and dirty outside the room. That being said it is definitely not need of the upgrade kind of outdated.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable and it was quiet

Cons (-) bedspread needed washing, dead bugs in bathroom light fixture, bathroom vent dirty, upholstery on bench needed cleaning. We also could not get the heating unit to get warm enough to be comfortable.
