Pros: The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The own was extremely nice and helpful and the hotel was located 10 minutes from anywhere you could wanna go.

Pros: I liked the price at first, but then hated myself for being so cheap.
Cons: The police and EMS had to be called the first 2 nights of my stay. As I was checking in on the first night, a girl overdosed in the bathroom of her room and had to be transported to the hospital. The next night there was a fight resulting in a young man having to be taken to the hospital. I had to switch rooms twice due roaches in the first 2 rooms.

Pros: Close proximity to where we had to be.
Cons: The room was impressively damp, the bedding was wet due to how damp the room was. Honestly disgusting. We turned on the ac and took off the comforter and left the room for a few hours to meet up with friends when we came back it was better, not great or completely dry we put down towels on top of where we were going to sleep so we wouldn’t feel the wet sheets on our backs.

Cons: The staff was not the friendliest, missing a few amenities, and dead bugs in the room.

Pros: The rooms looked newly remodeled with a very modern, chic look to them. The room we stayed in had two full beds. There were hard wood floors, which look great and are probably cleaner, however, it made the room feel too loud and not as 'cozy.' The area didn't seem too bad. There were police around the hotel at night to patrol, but not because of any disturbances, which made it feel more safe. The office staff was great! Very concerned for their guests comfort. They called after we checked in to make sure we didn't need anything else. There was plenty of food close by and we took an uber ride to the venue we were visiting for $10 there and $10 back.
Cons: There was no microwave or mini fridge, which weren't a necessity, but would've been nice to have. The only thing we didn't really like were the wood floors that made it a little less comfortable and 'cozy' feeling.

Pros: It was fairly clean.
Cons: They put me in the courtyard area where there's lots of guys hanging out, walking around, yelling to each other across the yard, talking outside my door. I felt like I'm being watched when I go to and from my room. I was uncomfortable and I saw so other areas they could of put me where I would be away from that.

Pros: Leaving was the best thing about the whole experience.
Cons: Roaches were everywhere. I took a shower and went to the event that led me to be in town. When I returned about midnight I saw two roaches when I walked in: one above the bed and one near the bathroom. Killed them and initially thought nothing of it. Took off clothes and went to the bathroom : another roach was crawling in the sink basin. I thought to kill it but then saw two more, one on the floor coming towards me and another one on the wall near tub. I killed two, one disappeared. I put my clothes back on and laid on top of the bed. I didn't sleep much or well and about 4am I decided to get out of there. Saw another one as I departed. I was exhausted and it was still dark, I had to pull over several times to avoid hurting myself or other, and finally had to take a nap once I reached a rest stop. I will never stay there again and will provide this information to anyone that indicates they're considering doing so.

Pros: The Staff was spot on with anything you needed. The rooms were a decent size. I was nice to see that there was click hard wood flooring instead of that old dirty carpeting that some hotels have.
Cons: Yeah sure thae area is not the best area but, really is that the hotel's fault? I don't believe so. Yes, it would be nice to have some personal items if you forget them like shampoo, conditioner, a razor, and a toothbrush.....

Pros: Everything was really great. Cheap room for a one night stay during traveling, staff was super nice, and the room was perfectly clean. It was small, but I expected it to be. We're young and just needed somewhere clean and safe to stay, and this was perfect. Don't let reviews of older couples complaining about things not being "nice enough" scare you to not getting the cheapest hotel and saving your money. I wasn't expecting room service and a maid. I just wanted to sleep so we could get up and continue traveling the next day.
Cons: Wifi wasn't free.....that wasn't fun, but that's okay.

Pros: I loved the fact that we my son and I drove 11 hrs from pa and got there at 9am and the friends manager front west man let us Chevy in early for only 25.00 extra thanks again would recommend breakfast was great also. Worth 99.00 a night

Cons: I checked in a day early, provided my credit card for the extra day only to return to my room Sunday and be locked out. My reservation was for Monday checkout. Went to the front desk, showed her my reservation,she stated that I paid for 3 days which was correct but failed to mention or note that I had added that extra day upon arrival for my early arrival. She offered another night at a rate of $74 or something to that degree. I refused and requested access to my room to gather my things. The first room they put me in seemed ok but when I went to plug the refrigerator in, it was a roach "warming" party. I tried to call them from the phone in the room....wasn't working so I went to the front office and requested a different room. I wont be staying here again.

Pros: Nothing, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and pray that people research before booking. Just because the price seems nice trust us it isn't. This was the nasty thing we've ever seen.
Cons: Everything, first we booked two non smoking rooms. First room smelt like pure smoke and burn marks on the bedding. Then the mirror was gross and there was a wad of paper stuck to the wall. It was beyond dirty and underkept. Second room the carpet was disgusting and to look at the bedding, smelt and was stained and white stuff stuck to it. Bathroom filthy and lamp shade had stuff on it and then some. As we walked out it there was a heavy smell of pot that consumed the hall and stairwell. Cops actually showed up about three times within the hour we were there. Girls being drop off and being picked up. Just sketchy, so flat out a big NO! I wouldn't let our family stay there and our kids. Stay away! I have photos and will figure a way to post!

False pictures online, the rooms look nothing like this, it's a 1 star at best, rooms smelled, holes in the walls, just not a great experience, I was offered half my money back even though it was false advertisement for the room on there part. I spent a total of 1 minute in the room to know i was not staying there.

Pros: The breakfast was decent and the staff was responsive to the many needs and complaints but they could not fix them.
Cons: It was VERY outdated. The rooms were NOT clean. The fixtures did not work. Outlets were not sealed. Sheets on bed were dirty/stained (I requested clean sheets and made beds over myself). I had to clean bathroom (there was white powdery substance everywhere). Lock on our door did not work so we were stuck in our room or had to leave one person in room to get back in.

Pros: The lady that was running the counter was extremely nice.
Cons: Our room wreaked of either rubbing alcohol or some sort of extreme cleaning chemicals that made us light headed and sick to out stomachs. Didn't have a choice but to stay due to work and all other places were full.
