Cons (-) We reserved a room months in advance and found out we were re-booked to a lower quality hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. We found out they were over-booked and sold our room for a higher rate than we paid. That is completely unsat!

Pros (+) Room was clean.
Cons (-) Some of the staff made very rude comments about children and "hating" to clean up the room behind them, as they were disgusting. This was said to another staff members in front of me and my children on the elevator. Check out took almost an hour because I used Kayak. The hotel tried to bill me for 2 nights instead of the house rooms for 1 night I purchased. Staff not very competent as it took the ...
