Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's amenities, especially the pools and water park for children, as well as the spacious rooms. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness in common areas and rooms, and note that service can be slow or unfriendly, particularly in the dining areas. Breakfast and food variety are also areas of concern for some guests. Overall, while the hotel offers good facilities, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
