Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant and food quality receive positive remarks from several reviewers. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of pests, mold, and dirty rooms. Service is another major issue, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff, discriminatory policies, and poor management. Value for money is questioned due to high charges and extra fees. Overall, while the location and some staff are appreciated, cleanliness and service need substantial improvement.
