Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing shops and attractions. The breakfast received many positive mentions for its variety and quality. Many guests highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, cleanliness was a concern for some, with reports of stained carpets, musty smells, and maintenance issues in certain rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfort was generally appreciated, though a few noted issues with older mattresses or noisy beds. Overall, the hotel offers good value, especially for those prioritizing location and service, but could benefit from improvements in cleanliness and room maintenance.
