Pros: Very, very nice room! Well appointed in every aspect! Twin bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids! Bathroom was absolutely ideal for family with kids- 2 sinks in central area, 1 room with huge walk in shower, 1 area on opposite side of bathroom with tub and shower combo. Getting ready in morning was SO much faster and much less hassle. Parking garage was so neat and clean, valet and bell staff helpful and incredibly courteous. Overall- just as nice or better than official Disney hotels and within a quick walk to the gates of the park. This trip we stayed 1 night here, a couple nights at a Disney hotel...our kids like marriott better.
Cons: Very high priced

Cons: A little bit of a walk from Disney
Pros: Close to Disneyland and nice restaurants! Clean, good price.
Cons: Breakfast horrible, same food every morning, having to wait to refill breakfast! Pool was down do to reconstruction. Elevators took for ever only one was working. No gift shop.

Cons: The breakfast could be a lot better. I have stayed at many hotels and its great that they do a breakfast, not all do but....for a hotel that is going to have mainly families on longer than one nights stays the continental breakfast could be and should be better. They need add more options to the menu.
Pros: Nice breakfast. Nice pool. Big room. Everything I expected.
Pros: Rooms are spacious. Great breakfast buffet. Close to Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and Disney California. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle to and from parks.
Pros: Clean room and comfortable beds
Cons: AC was loud and hard to run. Was billed by the hotel after already paying ahead of time.
Pros: Ihome dock for iphone, free wifi, breakfast, parking.
Cons: No dining options, breakfast could have had more hot items

Pros: Our stay was for our 30th wedding anniversary, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, & special. Although the prices seem a little high for most people, our stay was very enjoyable. We will be returning in the future.
Cons: The only negatives to our trip were the Disneyland Railroad, Haunted Mansion, and River Boats were closed. Also, I was looking for a Disneyland Railroad Engineer hat, but was only able to find a Conductor's hat.. Lastly, there were no hats for the Disneyland Monorail.
Pros: Love the themes and decor, and the perks that come with staying at a Disneyland resort hotel. The headboard that lights up and plays music (and serves as a great nightlight) is lovely.
Cons: We had a room in the Adventure Tower facing Downtown Disney this time, and while we didn't care about the view (in this case, plants from the Adventure garden blocked pretty much anything we could see from the 2nd floor), what we didn't like was how loud the music was from Downtown Disney. We also learned that although we could only see a tiny amount of fireworks from Disneyland, we could hear all of them and they were pretty much as loud as they are when you're in the park. I'm still shocked that my kids slept through the music and fireworks that first night. On our third night, the older one was still awake when they started and used earplugs to get to sleep. The live music didn't stop until 10 pm even on weeknights, which meant we didn't get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the room (after being in the parks all day) until then. If you're not bothered by noise, it won't be a problem, but if you are, consider requesting a pool-view room.
Pros: Our room was great, and so was every cast member.
Cons: I couldnt buy the throw pillow which was on each bed.
Pros: Traveled as a multi-generational family group. We greatly appreciated how soundproof this hotel is. Plenty of water pressure at the right temperature too. And enough elevators for minimal wait time.
Cons: We could have used electrical outlets for cell phones at the bedside but this is a minor improvement suggestion.
Pros: overall the pools + the room were OK
Cons: no breakfast, not enough characters plqying with kids unless you make it at Goofy's
Pros: I pretty much LOVED everything about the Disneyland Hotel ... The hype is true
Cons: We didn't get a discount with our Annual Passes

Pros: Breakfast great!, Location Great, Staff excellent.

Parking is nightmare & you have to pay for it.

Cons: No shuttle to Disneyland.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Cons: Access to hotel was down an alley

Pros: The lobby was beautiful, the service was excellent, the location was perfect for visiting the parks and downtown Disney, and the room was big.
Cons: While the room was large, it wasn't anything amazing for the price.
Pros: We loved our stay here. Our family can't wait to return! We loved the pools, the closeness to the park (our room over looked it!) and the on site character breakfast. Also loved the bunk beds for kids
Cons: There is a Loud speaker in the park that they do announcements on. You could here that muffled early in AM or late at night from our room.
Needs a new shower head.
Pros: Location check
Cons: Check in process issues
Poor staff experience
Staff look terrible, so many obese people, also too many electric scooters for over weight people.
Paid for a perm view never received it and did not get any compensation.

Pros: Very close to Disneyland. Was a very convenient and short walk to Disney.
Cons: Bathroom was quite dated. Needs a renovation.
Pros: We like how close to the Disneyland resort you are, and the pool and water park that are available if you are not at the parks
Cons: We did not like that on the second night of our stay how the bath tub started to back up when we returned from the park. The smell was atrocious. When we called the front desk, they informed us that nothing could be done until 7:30 the next morning. No shower after a full day at Disney. When we woke up the next morning, the bath tub was still backing up. Again no shower. When I told the front desk the next morning at check out, they asked if I had been offered to be moved, we were never offered. Are parking which expired at 3 the day of checkout was comped after that but not much more. We have stayed her 2 other times in the past year and half but never experienced anything like this. Just upset that more wasn't done to fix a stinky backed up bath tub when it was reported.
Pros: This hotel was 10 minute walk to the gate. It was nice and easy even at night. The staff was nice and very efficient. The Castaway Lagoon was a fun was to spend the morning or afternoon. My 5 yr old twins had a blast.
Cons: WiFi was horrible. Walls were thin. The people above us were so loud my kids had a hard time sleeping the last night. Cleaning crew left cart in hall starting at 8 in the morning was still there 1 pm and did not seem to have been moved nor was there anyone in any of the rooms cleaning
Pros: Great location close to Disneyland - easy walk to the park. Had a room that looked across Harbor Blvd toward Disneyland. Had an AWESOME view of the fireworks. Staff was friendly, pool was clean, just wished there was a hot tub in the Garden pool, not just Castaway Cove, too many kids in it to be relaxing for an adult, pool hours just right. AC in the room. Wished frig was larger, really only had room for a meal/day in it for 3 people, couldn't imagine if we had more people - a bigger frig would really have been nice. Despite the things I'd change, it was still the BEST VACATION EVER!
Cons: Our bathroom sink was quite sloped, things would roll off it. Wish the frig was larger and that there was a hot tub in the Garden Pool.
Cons: The rooms are exhausted and are in bad need of refurbishment. We stayed here 5 years ago and it was in better shape then. Housekeeping staff were nice, but the front desk staff were a bit rude and chatted among themselves rather than being attentive to guests.
Pros: Our stay at Howard Johnson Anaheim was excellent! Check in was super fast. We arrived early and they allowed us to pre-check-in, hold baggage, and hang out at poolside. Water features were excellent for the kids. While at Disneyland (which is only a short walk away) kids kept asking when we were going back to the hotel to the kid water playground. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not so much a didn't like, but more so a would've liked- it would be awesome if food and drinks were available at poolside and water playground.
Pros: Water area
Cons: Not worth the money. Pay the extra $20 and stay at the courtyard mariott next door.
Pros: Liked the room even though we booked something different
Pros: The only thing i liked was the tv
Cons: Almost everything was outdated. Didnt like much. The bedding felt so gross; as if had been sitting there for weeks acumulating dust. Then the room felt really moist, almost humid when we walked in. The bathroom looked like it was for an old person. It said I got a deal after paying $200, but it seemed like it was a $100 room. In the pictures it looked like a $300-$400 room.... Super disappointed.
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff. Would stay again
Pros: Close to Disneyland, has a little shop for miscellaneous things you may have forgot to pack and souvenirs, spray park keeps kids entertained for hours, loved to kids suite!
Cons: No breakfast provided. A Continental breakfast would be great. No complimentary shuttle service either. Small refrigerators.
Pros: Outstanding personable staff, very well kept, a true classic like the park across the street. It is designed for family's with small children, and sometimes they get loose! Fortunately all were exhausted and and quiet by a reasonable time. Didn't really notice many, if any, teenagers.
Spend your next family vacation at this Howard Johnson Anaheim Hotel and Water Playground. Walk to a day with your favorite characters and rides at Disneyland across the street, or to the Anaheim Garden Walk or Downtown Disney for shopping and entertainment. Book a tour of Universal Studios Hollywood or Sea World San Diego minutes away. Enjoy French and American food at Mimis Cafe across the street from this smoke-free lodging. Take the family to the on-site water playground, Castaway Cove, with slides, water cannons and a pirate ship. Toddlers can also join in the fun at the onsite Speedys Sprayground with splash fountains and a kiddie pool. Enjoy complimentary wireless Internet access, complimentary parking and game room. Take advantage of the shuttle service to and from Disneyland for a small charge. Stay productive in the lobby with printing services. Guest rooms include coffee-maker, refrigerator and lush bedding, or book a suite with microwave, balcony and views of Disneyland.
Pros: Pretty clean, Nice modern looking rooms. Close to Disneyland. We enjoyed our stay
Cons: Coffee kit had no creamer, heater was loud.
Pros: It's close to Disneyland. For the price ($350 for 3 nights) I would stay again. The buffet breakfast was ok but we didn't take them up on their offer to cook the food to order. We ate what already available so we could get to the parks. The rooms are a bit cramped with 4 people but we literally only slept there. We arrived around 11 each night and left by 8 each morning. So the space was manageable since we didn't spend any time in the room. Sleep and showers only.
Cons: My only negative would be about housekeeping. They never restocked the K-cups for my room. I used 1 the first morning and never received more. They didn't make the kids bed the first morning but we left a suitcase on the bed. So that could be viewed as a positive since they didn't touch our belongings. The second morning I made sure the beds were clear and everything was fine.
Pros: Comfy beds, nice and clean friendly staff. Only a $5 Uber ride to the Disney parks.
Cons: The restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner and the cafe is only till 11am kinda sucks when check out is at 11am too and your hungry.
Pros: The price was good and the hotel is clean.
Cons: Breakfast was not included. Room is very modest. It was vey clean.
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean. And it was close to everywhere we needed to be.
Cons: They charged my credit card a $50 "security deposit" when I checked in. I asked the staff why and she said They always do it... They refunded me after I checked out. But it took about 4days to get put back in my bank.
Pros: IT HAD POOL AND SAUNA. ALSO IT HAD ART BUS SERVICE.
Cons: THE RESTAURANT FOOD WAS NOT SO GOOD.
Pros: Very clean room and friendly staff
Pros: Comfy and close to disney and the staff is super friendly.
Pros: Close to Disney
Cons: Right next to freeway. Thought window was open could hear freeway all night. Also walls vibrated every 30 minutes. Could not sleep at all
Pros: Close proximity to Disney land.
Clean and quite.
Cons: All good

Pros: Within walking distance of Downtown Disney and the Parks.
Cons: Weird layout to get to your room. 3 different elevators: one for the parking garage, our room was accessed by a far elevator and the breakfast place was accessed on the fifth floor by yet another elevator.
Pros: I liked that it was close enough to walk to the parks. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean
Cons: The bed was hard very hard! Hard to sleep on . I could hear kids all night running above my room, very loud, the old time air conditioner on the floor was so loud when it came on It would wake us all up! Only one area to get ready in the morning which is in the bathroom , daunting with girls. When we first arrived there were picketers out front, and were there every morning. I asked hotel staff about it and they seemed ok with it. if these things were updated the hotel would be great!
Pros: Walking distance to Disneyland unless you have small children. Hotel and breakfast were great. Upon check in, only one person at desk and not a big variety of TV stations available, Otherwise it was fine.
Pros: It is a very clean and friendly hotel. I would stay again
Cons: I didn't like that I couldn't watch the angels game. They only have a few channels you can watch from. They need more options to choose from.
Pros: Everything was perfect. I'm a person that has a complaint for everything
Cons: They didn't have a shuttle to Disneyland
Pros: The location was perfect--around the corner from Disneyland. The room was upgraded to a suite, which gave our family of 4 (2 older adults, 1 young adult and 1 teenager) more room to move around in, during the very little time we spent in the room. Microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator were a plus.
Cons: Accommodations were basic, breakfast was free but not tasty, and we didn't like the pitch for attending a time share talk.
Cons: Bed didn't have a comforter, also it was very hard.

Cons: Often no towels at the pool. Had to ask several days
Pros: There were both softer and firmer pillows on the bed. We greatly appreciated having both.
Easy online check in
Cons: No direct shuttle
Cons: Too noisy as we could hear traffic on highway.
Pros: After reading reviews for this hotel decided to give it a shot. It is a great room for what you get as far as value. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. All in all it exceeded our expectations. Also extremely close to Disneyland which is the purpose of why we chose this place.
Cons: If we had to complain about one thing it was that some of the items were not fully fully clean ( I.e. the lounge chair had stains and the lampshade was stained as well). And that's me nitpicking but everything else was fantastic.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and willing to help me and my boyfriend right away. The room was very spacious and very comfortable and overall clean.
Cons: The walls where kind of thin so we could hear what was going on on the room next to us, and the carpet looked a bit dirty.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and freshly made each day. The bathrooms were clean and had freshly washed towels every day.The friendly staff was responsive to all requests. Breakfast was great. Good coffee. Great location for us to visit our family in Anaheim each day. I felt safe and secure while we stayed at the Comfort Inn.
Cons: I think that is time to start thinking about replacing carpets. The whole place would feel a bit fresher and more welcoming.
Pros: For the time and season near Disneyland even tho we weren't staying there for it, was a great place to stay.
Rooms were good - AC Worked Well - Room had Micro and Fridge+
Staff was very helpful and nice. - They had security which made me feel safe. The pool was awesome. Its close to a lot of helpful areas.
Cons: Security. Although made me feel safe it felt awkward. Backdoor entrance wasn't 100% unlocked when you used your card. you had to wiggle it.
Not a Con But If you don't like a crazy morning breakfast, don't stay here. They do keep it clean however.
Cons: The sheets weren't changed on our beds we found hairs on the sheets when we took off the comforter

Cons: Beds creak loudly with any movements and the staff knows about it. Walls are thin and let all sound in. Feels like a cheap motel with new floors and a coat of paint, but the bones of the Motel are still old and rotting. When we raised issues with the front desk the gentleman was rude and unresponsive
Cons: The bathroom is stinky. The toilet didn't flush well. No suger nor cream were provided.
Pros: You have to pay for parking while you paying to stay at the hotel.
Cons: Didn't like that you had to pay for parking.
Pros: The staff was wonderful. The lobby is nice for kids and the area in front is a nice place to relax.
Cons: Parking fees are annoying and at $18 would cause me to stay elsewhere. The "do not disturb" door sign was removed and we were woken up daily. The room seemed nicer online, these beds appear to be triple sheeted but are not. The dwcorative features were not in all rooms. TV is a bit low for viewing. The housekeeping and other staff are LOUD in the hallways by rooms.
Pros: Ideal for a small family to enjoy Disney without paying the cost of being on site.
Cons: Sleeping in is hard with everyone leaving to make park open all at the same time.
Pros: Walking distance to Disney
Cons: Not breakfast complementary no microwave in the rooms
Pros: How close it was to Disneyland, Disney California and Downtown Disney. Right across the street from the park entrance. Spacious room, comfortable beds, blackout drapes,
Pros: great for disneyland adventure
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to Disneyland.
Cons: There was a hotel being built right next door, which meant waking up to construction early every morning. It sounded like there was hammering right outside our window. However, this wasn't the hotel's fault, just an annoying coincidence. Overall it was a great place to stay.
Pros: The location was great for getting to the Disney parks. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from my hotel room door to the park gates. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, wonderfully comfortable beds. Also the availability of computers and printer for return flight booking passes

Pros: Staff very helpful, location perfect, hotel clean
Pros: Bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly.
Cons: Breakfast orange juice was very watery and they were out of forks.
Pros: Friendly staff. Good value. Room was nice.
Cons: Breakfast needs improvement. Ran out of forks and orange juice. Quite a long walk to Downtown Disney.
Cons: Didn't like that we have to pay $10 a night for parking and the noise level was terrible
Pros: The location was fantastic as it's across the street to Disneyland California Adventure. The rooms have been maintained well or have been remodeled recently and include a decent sized mini-fridge. Free continental breakfast was nice to have. Parking was easy. Hot tea b and pool were nice and had a great view of nightly Disney fireworks. Overall it was a good value.
Cons: The beds were substandard. They were like sleeping on a trampoline. The pillows were so thick and dense they were uncomfortable. But the comforters were thin, not much thicker than sheets. The hotel was very busy, and so the breakfast was a disaster to access and they were out of half of the items early. The elevator was out of order so I had to carry my heavy bags to the third floor. You can hear people walk past your room or talking outside the room.
Pros: Crazy close to Disneyland, the staff was really nice and breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: Had to pay 10$ a night for parking extra which was a surprise.
Pros: Room was clean
Separate shower and sink area a plus
Included breakfast was awesome.
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, check in and out was super easy. Stuff was super friendly. Love the free breakfast, it really helps you save money if you have a full breakfast you can last until a early dinner. Only a few min walk to park...
Cons: Carpet was a little outdated.
Pros: We arrived EARLY and they accommodated our early check in thanks to an empty room. The room itself was clean me organized. The sheets were fresh, the mattresses soft and supportive, but the bathroom was tiny and the rugs a little worn. We enjoyed the free breakfast, though the selection is rather limited. The staff was friendly and attentive, had answers for all my questions. Even the people staying alongside us were pleasant and non-disruptive. Having stayed in the other best western's around, this by far was the best experience.
Cons: I honestly have no negative reviews.
Pros: We stayed at this hotel while in town for Disneyland's Half Marathon Weekend. Overall, great value for the money, clean, and proximity to Disney Parks was especially convenient.
Cons: The A/C unit is a bit loud, which makes it hard to sleep or hear your tv.
Pros: Walking distance to enter the park via the Grand Californian Hotel and Downtown Disney. Good, basic hotel room to stay in close to the parks.
Cons: Checked in at 11pm, walked all the way to the room with a tired wife and tired 4 year old. Room key did not work. Walked all the way back and the staff did not apologize at all. Just made a new key and said "you should be good." Small but infuriating detail. Breakfast time is a zoo.

Pros: LOVED how close it was to Disney and the room was beautiful!
Cons: The parking spots were so tight, if we would have brought our truck I'm not sure we would have found a place to park
Pros: I liked how well it had been renovated, the rooms were nicely decorated, and the staff was a pleasure to work with.
Cons: Didn't like getting woken up at 2:00 am to extra corricular activities going on in the next door over, adjacent to our beds. I could hear everything, and I mean everything. Didn't get much sleep that night and had a killer headache the next day at Disneyland. The only positive was it didn't wake my kids.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, walking distance to everthing we needed. Great, friendly staff.
Pros: This place was very clean and the staff was very nice.
Pros: Nice modern renovations. Big room. Microwave. Fridge.
Cons: You could hear EVERYTHING above you. Not sure if it was a guest room or maids area above us where they stored things but was very hard to sleep with all the commotion. The rooms our friends slept in were oddly shaped and cramped and they could also hear a lot of noise above them. Very thin walls! Found a few hairs in the shower and on the bed when first checked in. Could be from the maids. Hopefully not from the previous people who stayed there. Not worth it, especially after the long walks home from the parks and then you cant sleep because of all the noise. No safe in room or breakfast place or sundry to buy waters.
Pros: Room was newly renovated, clean and very spacious
Cons: No breakfast offered. Looks like they have the facilities and offered it up at one point but now it is empty unused space.
Pros: Clean hotel. Walking distance to Disneyland. Would stay again.
Cons: Be sure to get a second floor room, the floors are thin and you can hear everything from the room above you if you are on the first floor. It was bad enough that we switched rooms.
Pros: Close to Disneyland you can either take the ART or get a taxi which we did and found it was easier and cheaper. The rooms are newly remodeled, so it's very clean, the parking lot is under construction and parking is limited. The only complaint was the maid left our door open and we when returned the door was open ajar and light was on, thankfully nothing was taken but wasn't happy about that.
Pros: Our room was sleek and modern, just like in the pictures. I didn't mind the construction in the lobby, or throughout both parking lots. As read on other reviews, there was no phone connected yet BUT they have now updated the TVs with more than two channels! :)
I am more than statisfied with my stay, considering the awesome price and the newly renovated rooms. It is also a very close walk to Disneyland if you cut through the backside of the Grand Californian. LOCATION PERFECTION!
Yes, I was skeptical about staying here after reading all the negative reviews, but Eden Roc is now going to be one of my top choices. With free parking, clean "wood" floors, and a friendly staff, every penny was completely worth it.
Cons: The beds and upstairs floors were noisy (I had a ground floor room), but I was expecting it. Also, the office entrance is located in the further parking lot.
Pros: The eden roc exceeded my expectation, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. I booked this hotel last minute and while they are still under construction, the rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. Would go back again.
Pros: I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago because of the location. Came back again for the same reason and I enjoyed their newly renovated hotel rooms. It was very clean and I highly recommend this place!
Cons: Kyak never sent my reservation to Eden rock. I was stuck in Anaheim on a holiday weekend and they said they couldn't find me a room. Not a fan. Still waiting for my refund.
Across the street from Disney California Adventure® Park, and a half-mile from Downtown Disney District, Eden Roc Inn & Suites is adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center. Angel Stadium of Anaheim is less than 3 miles from the hotel.
This Anaheim hotel offers a outdoor swimming pool. The hotel's 24-hour front desk has a multilingual staff that can provide express check-out. There is a 24-hour business center on site and complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Additionally, this smoke-free hotel features complimentary self parking (limited availability).
The 2-story Eden Roc Inn & Suites has 78 guestrooms which are accessible via exterior corridors. Room amenities include televisions with satellite channels, microwaves and refrigerators. Iron/ironing boards are available. Private bathrooms are outfitted with hair dryers. Housekeepingis provided daily and all guestrooms are nonsmoking.
Cons: Another place where the office smells like a restaurant and just reeks of spices. As usual with places like this, the packets of soap or whatever are too small to even consider using. Not even a luggage rack for your suitcase so you have to put everything on the floor. Just a clean bare room. No ice machine either. It is up to foreign standards but not American standards. Good tv and average wifi quality.
Pros: Room quality, bed quality, friendly staff.
Cons: Car was broken into while parked right in front of office, staff was casual about it and saw nothing. Security camera didn't record
Pros: The bathtub was very nice and so was the overall remodel. I remember 3 years ago we were going to stay here but it wasn't nearly as nice as this. I love how close it is to LGB airport and Knotts Berry Farm. We loved how close we were to everything!
Cons: Toilet paper! Shampoo! We used a whole roll in half a day. It's transparent and doesn't matter how much you use, it's never enough! The shampoo they give was not shampoo, I'm pretty sure of it, there was no suds and two packs they give wasn't enough for even half my head. Also, people upstairs were really loud and had their tv loud, we tried calling the front desk for about 10 mins but no one ever picked up.
Pros: Owner is so nice, great place. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go to Disneyland
Pros: Nice clean room seemed newly remodeled with wood flooring and comfortable beds. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking can get a bit tight later in the day.
Pros: The best price and family friendly
When you stay at Anaheim Lodge, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Knott's Berry Farm and Medieval Times. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Spring water baths, flat-screen TVs, and refrigerators are offered in all rooms.
Pros: They were great and friendly. They were able to get us early check in with no problems. The rooms are very spacious and nice looking. The neighborhood was great as well. Many restaurants are only at a driving distance.
Cons: The rooms are equipped with mini fridges and ours didn't quite seem to work, but it wasn't even really a problem since we didn't use it and we didn't bother telling anyone.
Pros: Loved that it was located about 10-15 minute walk from Disneyland entrance. Lots of restaurants close. Starbucks is right next door. The Disneyland fireworks show is 100% viewable from the hotel. No need to stay at the park late to see it. I usually stay in higher priced hotels, so this was a 'stretch ' for me to book this place. I was skeptic. However, I was pleased with the room. It's not fancy and it's an old hotel, but they've done an adequate remodel job to make it comfortable and appealing to the eye. Again....it's not fancy & it's old, but we were there for Disney and hardly spent any time in the room. If we had planned on being in the room more, I would have looked for a higher priced hotel with more amenities. This is a good value for the location and the age of the hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and nice.
Cons: I wish they had and iron and ironing board in the room. However, they did have a frig, microwave, hairdryer, and coffee maker. The towels are extremely cheap quality and feel a little like sand paper. Lol.
Pros: Great location and close to Disney. Very friendly staff. Very clean.
Cons: Beds were very hard and noisy. Every move woke me up due to noise.
Pros: They remodeled all the rooms and they look amazing! Really nice place to stay and the manager was great. Really great for the price!
Cons: Beds were a little stiff, not bad though. We could also hear the people next to us being very loud.
Pros: Amazing staff. Couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. Located right next to Disney Land. 10 minute walk to front gates. All the rooms have just been remodeled when I was there.
Cons: Pillows were to thin for my taste.
Pros: I loves the remodle and appreciated the wood flooring instead of dirty carpet :). The bathroom was also nicely done.
Cons: Everything was great aside from the beds. They were some of the firmest mattresses I have ever slept on which was a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. They were available whenever we had questions. We were able to purchase the ART shuttle passes at the front desk. The shuttle picks up right in front of the property. They offer free wi-fi and free parking (depending on availability). The bed was huge - big enough for 2 adults and a small child. The bathroom was spotless. The refrigerator was a great bonus. Tons of channel options on the TV. Perfect for our trip to Disney and for the price, we were highly satisfied.
Cons: The smell in the lobby was very strong. They should really deodorize it.
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was kind and helpful , a little far from Disneyland after a long day of walking otherwise a very nice stay
Pros: Location, price.
Pros: The rooms are large, the price was cheap, the proximity to Disney was great, and the shuttle that arrives every 20 minutes for Disney was even greater. The best part of this hotel was the staff - they told us about the shuttle and even let us keep our car parked in their lot the day we checked out so we didn't have to pay for Disney parking. Great view for the fireworks too! Totally worth it.
Cons: All furniture is mediocre, bed is nothing special, pillows and sheets are cheap. Our hair dryer was broken, and one of our lights wouldn't work. Pool area is tiny. Breakfast is skippable.

Pros: Location is perfect!
Value for money!
Rooms are updated and pretty clean.
All negative things aside, this is my "go to" place when staying outside the park!
Cons: Parking is scarce.
Can be noisy at times because of inconsiderate guests.
Guests should be more considerate of the noise they make. Especially in the early morning or late hours when people are sleeping.
Not sure why they don't offer breakfast free, paid or otherwise.
Pros: Walking distance to Disneyland
Cons: Paper thin walls
Less than ideal patrons (sadly seems not just one but multiple)
Pros: We loved the close, walking distance location from Disneyland. Makes it easy to leave the park in the middle of the day and come back. Also close proximity to a few places to eat. It was also a decent price, about $130/night.
Cons: There seems to be nothing special about most of the hotels along Harbor Blvd. that are within close proximity (walking distance) to the park. The whole lot the hotels are on are very long and narrow, making most of the rooms long and narrow, as well. The décor was somewhat updated. Nothing special. Beds were not that great. Didn't notice any bug, or anything. Bath tub made a weird draining noise in the middle of the night, even though we had no water running through it. Must have problems with the plumbing in this hotel.
Pros: Our room/bathroom was huge, so there was plenty of space to lounge and relax. The king-size bed w/ lots of pillows was so comfy...No Joke! We had a large flat screen TV and love seat sofa as well. The staff were friendly and really went out of their way to take care of us. Had dinner right next door at Tony Roma's. Didn't get a chance to visit roof-top bar, too tired from being at the parks all day, but it's great to have that option. Will definitely be back!
Cons: We had to leave!
Pros: location. right across the street to Disney. this is the only reason to consider staying at this 'hotel'
Cons: Room was small (expected, maybe), A/C was smelly, Carpet so unclean, Towels not always clean.
Free WiFi is so slow it's unusable
Breakfast is terrible, cold, not fresh, huge line to get the food (10-15 ppl in line), only few tables to sit so you can find yourself standing with food in your hands waiting for a table to become available.
bottom line, this is a motel with a price of a hotel.
Pros: Close location to park. Reasonable cost
Cons: Construction. Rooms look dated. No self-coded safe provided in the room for valuables
Pros: Fun pool area, perfect for the kids. Comfortable beds, good shower
Cons: We paid for 2 days of parking nut when I asked if I could leave my car while we went to Disney they said it was an additional $15. So instead of walking across the street we had to drive to the park lot.
Cons: When we checked out of our room we had to pay $17 dollars to park for the day when had already paid over $300 to stay for 2 days. There were cars in the parking lot with courtesy warning on their cars that were parked for over 24 hours but they will charge a customer that has already been there and paid to stay there for parking
Pros: We had a severe medical emergency. The management and staff have been very helpful in a emotional difficult time.
Cons: Not much. They are remodeling. So it will only be better.
Pros: There was only one good manager in the office that made the trip a success, Thank You Ozzie
Cons: First: there was no mention of any construction during the booking. A new roof was being replaced with multiple construction trailers blocking the parking to our room. We called the front desk, we were told to share the parking with Tony Roma’s and no other room was available. First night at 12am Tony Roma’s parking lots fills with partiers and car thumping stereos. Second night, Tony Roma’s decides to clean its carpets with an industrial shop vac at 1am. We call the front desk, he won't help other than move us in the middle of the night. We called the police and they took care of it. The next day the day manager moved into a nice room for the next 2 days...never again...
Pros: Convenience to Disneyland
Cons: Did not ask for a handicap room and it was okay until I attempted to take my 6 foot body into the shower where the spray nozzle was about 5 foot off the ground.. I actually had to get on my hands and knees to wash my hair, face and upper 15% of my body!
Pros: It was close enough to the main entrance of theme park, alsoeasy to get to Honda Centre. Was clean and queen room spacious for 2.

Pros: The staff was really friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: We paid a lot of extra money for parking fees for 2 days and had to pay an extra $5 a person for a shuttle pass to Disneyland so we just took my car and paid $17 at the disneyland parking instead of paying $30 for a pass to take us from the hotel to disneyland (we had 6 people with us). When we came back all the parking was full and the only spaces that were available were taken up by stupid people that don't know how to park. The spaces are narrow and the driveway is narrow. Not fun spending 30 minutes (after being exhausted from Disneyland) to finally squeeze into a parking only to find your car scratched the next day.
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early when they had my room ready! The room itself was better than I expected. Room had a flat screen tv, awesome A/C unit, fridge, microwave and decent amount of channels.very good continental breakfast
Cons: Parking is very tight, not a fan of down pillows, but they felt nice initially. Continental breakfast was dismantled early while I was still trying to acquire breakfast
Pros: I enjoyed that the staff was very informative on the location and could answer any questions we had. as well as the size of our whirlpool tub being big enough to relax in.
Cons: the fact that they had construction going on (8:30 am- 5:30)and that parking was very limited due to the trucks taking up space in the lot.

Pros: Facility is well kept and clean. If you are a family looking for affordability and walking distance to Disneyland, I reccommend this hotel. Breakfast is simple but free - no frills, enough to start the day.
Cons: Came back to our room that was not cleaned on our third night. We stayed 4 nights.
Parking is $10/day.
Pros: Close enough to convention center to get to my meetings during a trade show. Could consider it for next year's meeting, too.
Cons: Apparently there was a problem with their water system. I arrived late in evening and had only warm water for a shower after a long travel day. Plus phone in room did not work. Too tired (and not dressed!) to bother making a change. The following morning, as I checked out, I mentioned both issues and was promised a phone call from the manager. Now 48 hours later (although I will admit it has been over a weekend) I have heard nothing. Without some kind of follow up from the hotel, i am unlikely to return, even though I have a meeting in the area at least once a year.

Pros: I liked the deck on the second floor rooms. Complete with plastic chairs.
Pros: I stayed at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel and Suites for 1 night. I had to pay for parking, which is $10/day, I was double charged for my room, and had to pay a $100 deposit. I called to complain about being double charged and was told that it should be released in 5 business days. If not, I should call my credit card company and complain so that they will return the charge. That's awesome!! Thank you so much!!
Pros: The staff were understanding, but their hands were tied as far as the new management's expensive policies.
Cons: The new management charges $10 per night for parking, and a $100 deposit on your room! All fees for cribs and extra beds went up by $10. The facilities are old and run down. The cable was spotty and in and out on every channel. The wifi was uselessly slow. It was a ridiculously bad stay for us.
Pros: Location - good walking distance for Disneyland and convention
Cons: Says free wifi but you connect and get no internet. Front desk told me it was location of my room.
Cons: Was a bit dated and the bathroom shower was terrible the lack of water pressure. Maid forgot to clean our room and just dropped off towels after I called
Cons: 1. The staff were not friendly and polite. The service at the front desk was unpleasant. And then you got the door key card and after walked almost half a mile to reach your room, you found the card didn't work, then they requested you to walk another half mile to the front desk to replace the key card.
2. The internet worked on the first day, but extremely slow, then completely died on the second day. The staff promised to fix it in 30 minutes, but it was never fixed throughout my stay (five days). Every time you asked, they asked you to go to a nearby McDonald's to use wireless, which was more than one mile away. I had to rely on my phone to receive and send emails.
Pros: The location is excellent in relation to the park, especially for the price.
Cons: The room was very hot and humid. Shower was a bit dirty, no trash can in the bathroom, etc. Not a "magical" hotel by any means, but definitely got the job done for just being at the park a few days.
Pros: Location was good! One block down from the cross walk, but actually better than right across because we used the crosswalk by the hotel to go across rather than fight with 100 other people to go across the direct one. Lots of towels in our room when we arrived. The breakfast was a great option before Disney for us. It was 9.99 for adults and free for kids so it was perfect for my husband and I with our 2 kids. Pool looked really nice but we came in late, did one day at Disneyland, and left at 5am the next morning.
Cons: Dated hotel. Door and curtains let in light which we couldn't do anything about. Carpet was very dirty and possibly wet. We couldn't tell. My husband took a shower and then came out to fix the kids bed and then a few other things and got In bed and needed to wipe his feet off and the towel was filthy! It's time
To replace the carpets!
Pros: Easy access to Disneyland and purchase of tickets at front desk.
Cons: Room was hot with afternoon sun exposed wall. Needed to run the room air conditioner continuously.
Cons: Old TV, no Free Wi-Fi, shabby paint jobs.
Pros: Plus: very close to Disneyland.
Cons: Rooms are grungy and in need of an update. It feels more like a motel, carpets dirty bed is shaky and lumpy.
