Pros (+) Checking in and welcome drink. Giving me opportunity to get breakfast discount.
Cons (-) No security concern for customer because I called front desk for an assistance but no support at all. Asked for late check out and only one hour was granted but when I went to update the key card to find out that late check out was not updated so some fat girl was giving attitude about it.
